I love the products and styles but I have ordered twice now and twice I have had to pay extra postage on top of the postage fee, this would of easily been a 5* review if this was sorted out

I regularly order from William Giles, the quality is always top-notch. Delivery timelines are often communicated clearly and integrated with Shop so you can always see the progress.
I ordered a pair of their Tokyo pants, on September 26th. After a week I wrote an email to the company, and haven’t received any answer ever since (I’ve also texted them numerous times on instagram, which some of them have been read.) And till this day haven’t received my order or any answer.
Avoid this company, the customer service is terrible!
Do not buy from these bought items mid august and still nothing even after them messaging back promising they’ll sort it then just blanked all messages.
It’s a shame because the clothing is good but customer service doesn’t exist will never buy again

Waited 5 months for some trousers. I had messaged after they were meant to be delivered and no response. Suddenly I was told after a month of asking where they were they were “still in production”
No updates at all!
And now it’s been 5 months and I still haven’t had a response and don’t think I ever will.
I wonder if I request a refund will I ever get that? Or will it suddenly become important to respond to me.

Excellent quality! Bought quite a few bits now from this company and have been very happy with the quality and fit, especially on the Lux T-shirts.
Bought some cargos and a T-shirt for my boyfriend, arrived within 2 days and the quality was amazing! Will definitely buy again.
Awful customer service, semi average product. Asked for a return and refund information and have been ignored since. Shame as a start up they think this method will earn them more money when click bait from insta ads runs out they will have no return customers.
It’s been two weeks since I placed my order and haven’t received it yet. I’ve tried contacting customer service via email and direct messaging them on insta. I haven’t received a response. This is very poor from them. I no longer want the item and will attempt to get my money back.
Don’t bother ordering from them. They don’t deliver your product and when you chase it up with them they don’t both replying

Ordered a pair of cargoes and didn't receive anything for 3 weeks, emailed them and was told they'd ship it the next day and I'd receive it in a couple days but still nothing and any follow up emails I sent asking for an update and refund were ignored. Had to go through PayPal to get my money back.
Great designs and quality but customer service might be the worst I’ve ever experienced. Shockingly bad communication from the company. I ordered two pairs of cargos which I ordered to wear on my birthday, but they arrived much later than expected which was very disappointing. I returned both pairs as soon as they arrived to me (rejected parcels at my door), this was two months ago…
I’ve emailed and messaged them on instagram about 10 times and they just read the messages and don’t bother replying. Noticed that they delete comments of other frustrated customers underneath their posts as well. Pretty bad experience and expected much better. Hopefully they can turn it around. And hopefully one day I’ll get my £120 back
Initially bought a pair of cargo trousers last year which broke after two uses when the waist button fell off. I was provided a replacement pair quickly, however these also broke on the side pocket within 1/2 wears. I have messaged repeatedly for 6 months on their instagram page and have had no help at all. I also, recently returned an order and have had no refund/correspondence from the company, despite messaging and emailing on numerous occasions.
Having spent around £250 on products this is disgraceful customer service and returning products to get no refund is a complete shambles.
Quality was unreal, fabric was that of things I’ve paid £££ for, would definitely repurchase!
I've been following the William Giles brand and buying from them more or less since they started up. I can honestly say that some of these negative reviews do not reflect their brand in my experience and many others I know of that buy from them.
Yes there has been a slight delay on the last pre order but there are always updates on their instagram regarding shipping and delivery, with a sincere apologie for a delay in the manufacturing process on this one off occasion.
Any messages sent on insta have always been responded to and I've recieved my pre order this morning. The fit and quality is honestly unreal as with all previous clothing I've bought from them. I've only ever sent back one item and was refunded straight away no issues.
I would urge anyone thinking of purchasing from these guys for the first time to try them out, they are producing some quality items and it's nice to get behind and support these smaller up and coming British fashion labels.

Ordered trousers over 20 days ago and still nothing. Emailed store and no response at all. Very frustrated and disappointed with the whole experience.
Not heard anything after ordering so sent them a message on Instagram and was told they had issues and all orders would be shipped out the back end of last week. Still no updates on my orders and when I’ve sent them a message on Instagram they are now not replying. Worst customer service I’ve dealt with.
I made an order on 4th June, it was stated that it would take 10-15 working days for delivery, it has now been 20 working days and my order has still not been shipped. To make matters worse, I have sent numerous messages on Instagram, which all have been read and ignored, I sent and email with the same result.
It is a shame to be writing this as the quality of their products are top tier but this is now the third time I’be had shipping issues and lack of updating their customers on the situation at hand. I understand that there is supplier and shipping issues but as a customer I’d appreciate some transparency.
