My first purchase of a T-shirt n shorts came perfectly fine,
My 2nd order however was mad, I put literal one of everything in my basket, some items even 2- I went to pay and it only took £40, I’m not sure what for- so I had to put it all in the bag again and pay for it again!!-which was long finding out if I should’ve or not because the dodgy purchase just before,also I’ve not been able to use any of the delivery/first time purchase codes?? In addition to the codes after I’d placed all 3 of my orders I got a email to say T-shirts can be sold for £30..???- Good Quality tho✌️👌

I ordered 3 t shirts seven days ago. Didn't get an update on the shipping time and tried to contact them for an update. Never got one and still haven't gotten one.

Top tier quality clothing & service. Ordered yesterday and arrived today. Always happy to support this brand.

Cargos turned up damaged as button wasn’t attached.

When I spoke with them on Instagram they apologise and said they would refund.

I have returned the items but now they’ve blocked me on Instagram.

So I’m £50 out of pocket without the item.

Which is a shame because I liked the i teams and would have spent much more than £50

Sent a return for an order purchased 2 months ago, since it arrived back at their office they didn’t send a refund or an exchange and wasn’t responding to emails, low tier shady overpriced business

Great quality materials used and also very good customer service, the size I ordered was a tad too big so I asked for an exchange and they were able to deal with it very quickly and within a week I had my new size! 10/10

Ordered over a week ago and still haven’t heard anything about my order. Tried to contact them via email and social media and I’ve still had no help locating my order.

Good fit, quality and decent price

Very good quality of trousers and fit is also probably the best out of all my trousers/ cargos. Shame the draw string doesn’t work on the pair I order so have to tie draw strings instead.

I love these trousers man, best cargos hands down! I’m just waiting on the trousers to come out on my birthday 😂😂😂😂. Let it be known William Giles got the best cargos out there!
