Saw an advert on Facebook for this company, checked their website and it appeared to be a genuine UK based company, so went ahead and ordered a pair of lightweight shoes 'reduced' to £34.95. Delivery was protracted, but their Customer Services (who appeared to be very helpful) assured me they would arrive "any day" and I would be delighted with them. Today, 3+ weeks after ordering, they arrived ... what a let down. Very poor quality, oversized and definitely over priced (have since seen the same shoes on Temu for between £8-10. How I wish I had checked Trustpilot reviews before ordering. BEWARE everyone DO NOT order from Williams London Clothing.

AVOID. Misleading - items came from China, not London UK. Delivery took ages and when finally received, items look and feel cheap and poorly made, but they weren’t cheap to buy. The “Linen” shirt was polyester and the cardigan - well it was so bad, words fail me! Returns policy prohibitive as they need to be shipped back to China at the purchaser’s cost. Debating if they’re even “good” enough to be donated to a charity shop! After not much thought, even charity is too good for these items. They gone in the bin!

The site is a scam, as is everything else about these imposters. Ordered what was supposed to be a Linen shirt. Extremely poor quality, product not matching pictures (some cheap shiny material), and non-existent / misleading returns policy ie they force you to ship the item back to China with excessive paperwork (even though it is sourced from a London warehouse address which was on my packaging) with customs fees that are more than the cost of the item itself. I highly advise to avoid this poor excuse of a retailer at all costs which ship cheap items from China despite the London branding.

received a piece of polyester cloth when I should have been getting a linen shirt - paid over £34 and their returns policy is how they get you . get your money back with your credit card company. sadly there is no other way. its bad business ethics

I received my shirt order yesterday having taken 2 weeks to arrive. This was a shirt offered half price at £34.95. It was of appalling quality, 95% polyester, very flimsy, the collar made it completely unwearable. I ordered a khaki shirt but it was more pink than khaki. As a result of complaining, they offered me an equivalent cost item free with a £10 shipping fee and said I could keep the shirt I ordered to avoid high return shipping costs. This seemed a reasonable offer but not one I would take up given the shirt quality. They do not even state the material of the shirt on their website.

Pictured in their ad is an obvious linen shirt,what arrived was tasteless tat clearly marked polyester and of the very flimsiest,cheapest quality,marked made in China of course.
When I queried if it was coming from China as it was taking so long,I received a reply along the lines that they worked with international companies to keep their prices low,no mention of the dreaded C word;
basically,a scam,please AVOID!

Do not use this company. Their clothing is awful cheap and nasty. You can't send it back as they are in China. They will offer you 10% refund and you can keep the garment or offer you a replacement but you have to pay the shipping cost. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I got my money back by reporting them to my bank and I got a charge back. All of the money.

Agree with all the previous posts , waited two weeks for shirt to be delivered which is poor quality and the returns policy is not worth doing.

Shirts delivered are some of the poorest quality I have ever seen and nothing like the photographs. The return policy is outrageous as includes prohibitive costs. Do not order anything from this company they do not deserve any custom and are simply scammers buying extremely cheaply made clothing from China and falsely presenting it on line and making it prohibitively expensive to return. No doubt most orders should be returned but buyers don’t due to costs.

If I could give no stars I would! Product is nothing like what is advertised.. a cheap nasty nylon shirt worth about 50 pence. Not the linen shirt advertised. Cannot contact them.. £70 down the drain. There is however an address on the packaging so I might go visit and see what it’s all about. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Absolute rubbish please DO NOT use! items nothing like advertisement so poor they went straight into the bin, wouldn’t even pass them on to a charity shop.

Slow delivery and when the shirt I ordered arrived it was nothing like the advert. Cheap nasty rubbish. Getting a refund seems impossible. This is nothing short of a scam. Avoid.

Shirt took weeks to arrive.

I ordered a cardigan from this company, I have not received. I normally check in with rTrust Pilot to see reviews, this time I didn’t. This company advertise on Instagram, they should be banned from advertising, plus called out.

This company operates a complete scam .Please dont think the advert is the product you will receive . Cheap nasty pvc, no insole or hallmark , hard soles and too narrow and too small . . To return you will be charged £30 ( which is illegal ) return address is a retail unit near Heathrow . This company is based in China . Dont be fooled .

Do not use this company. I am still trying to send back the jumper, it is about 2 sizes too large and very inferior quality.

Shirt arrived eventually, nothing like what was advertised. This is an absolute scam. Avoid at all costs. Facebook need to do something about unscrupulous traders like this, it’s affecting their brand

Waited a long time for the dress to arrive. On arrival the dress was a dreadfull shape and a very poor quality material badly made. No instruction for return. Don't hold kut any hope of a refund. Would absolutely not recommend.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. My partner purchased a jumper, took ages to come, quality was shoddy to say the least and they have never replied regarding refunds despite many emails. Reporting to trading standards
