The shirts were nothing like the photos advertising them. Alas too late for me but for anyone thinking of dealing with this company, DON’T.

Do not order from this company. The product are unfit for wear. When you ask to return them they will charge from 17-30 pounds plus customs fees to China. They should be reported. They advertise as a UK company. Complete scam.

Recieved trainers yesterday late arrival cheap a sub standard quality a sizes wrong . Emailed straight away To send back shipping would cost from £ 17 50 to £30 . Shoes cost £44 95 BE WARNED Do Not order from this company!

If I could put a ZERO I would - appalling product, apparently they were designed by a podiatrist !!! What a joke better quality off Shein or Temu
They are NOT based in London either - please do not order from them very cheap plastic not FIT for PURPOSE

Extremely poor returns, offer a 30 day money back guarantee. This is a total SCAM do not use this company. Pool quality and misleading, not based in London and do not honour what they say. Eventually offered a free replacement, with no need to return the faulty garment. They dragged the return process out then said we are now out of time, despite starting the return process within the 30 days and saying we don’t need to return it. The Damiel | Elegant Button Waistcoat shown under Men’s Fashion, was in fact a Lady's waist coat with buttons on the wrong side to that shown on the website. Poor cut and design for a man. Not fit for purpose.

Just received trainers yesterday, although they sent me a email this morning saying I had rejected them.absolute scam . Cheap and nasty plastic won’t be sending them back will wear in the garden for gardening. Won’t be falling for this again.

Please do not buy from this company. It is a SCAM.
The advertised products are 100% not was is delivered . The quality is really bad and does not reflect the price paid at all. Then returns are made unviable as they want the goods sent to China at your cost or offer other goods if you pay for more shipping.
It is all a total con and needs to be stopped.

I too fell for this scam . Paying £45 for for what looked to be a beautiful item
only to find it was utter rubbish. They also state that they will refund money if not happy. This is so untrue . If you want to return the item it costs £25-£30 to return it to guess where- China . Please , please anyone wanting to order from “this so called company” DONT. !!!! They are absolute and utter rubbish.

Just received my trainers, what a sham. Really cheap looking and really cheapmaterials. Too expensive to send back. Straight to the charity shop me thinks. Do check the reviews I wished I had.

Ordered black lacey boots size 8 which looked amazing. They arrived after Christmas. (Ordered them to wear on the day

They are probably about a 6.5 in size at the very most. To send them back is not to "London " it's China. Disgusting Company. Something has to be done to stop these cheap shite fraudulent scammers . These boots cost £45.00
And they are worth about a fiver.

My experience has been the same
I ordered a jacket and after paying was asked if I wanted another one for a reduced price
Stupid me agreed and paid them over £100
On receipt I couldn’t believe what I was looking at!!
They resembled nothing like the photos on the advert
They were incredibly thin, flimsy badly made and I wouldn’t give them bin room
They had also sent me one of them in a different colour
I contacted them and was advised they could send me another one the correct colour FREE if I paid them £17!!! This I refused so I was told to take photos and package them up and send them back AT MY COST!!!
They said I agreed to the terms and conditions when buying

This is a scam business. Do not use.

The very worst scam and worst quality of garment I have ever seen.
Nothing stated on their website rings true in reality. Avoid at all costs.

I fell for this scam. This company is sending poor quality items and then charging more than the item cost to return to China. Despite saying London in the title this is obviously the hook to get us to spend our money on false advertising. I'm going to get Trading Standards to investigate.

Bought Arwelyn toggle winter coat. Top of sleeve too tight. Not as long as it looks on photo. Pockets shallow - ugly seam down center of hood. They will let me keep and choose something else at same price and just pay £9.95 postage. I won’t spend another penny with them. It is way overpriced for the quality. Lesson learned - don’t buy anything else online.

I am still waiting for two clothes items since mid November
I asked for a refund but they replied

The company are not in London
They advertise on facebook and instagram and should be taken off to stop other people loosing money

AWFUL QUALITY..... I add to the many voices (which I only noticed after placing my order). It came today. NOT as advertised. STAY CLEAR of this company. Just an absolute waste of money.

Firstly, this is not a London based company - they are based in China. I ordered a pair of £45 trainers which were a) too small b) made from awful cheap materials (the soles were a moulded plastic and the body of the trainers an awful pvc type material). When I tried to return them I was told there would be £35 postage plus approx £15 customs charge. I tried to secure a refund through PayPal but was unsuccessful and I don’t understand why. My advice DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT PLACING AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered orthopedic trainers as I have arthritis in my feet and it says these are orthopedic trainers and amazing for arthritis, I wore these for 12 hours on shift as a carer, my feet are in so much pain!!! Please don't buy them absolute rubbish!!!
