Absolute scam!! First they sent me 3 tops that were nothing like what was advertised. Quality awful and too big. They then offered me more and I just had to pay for postage - and guess what… awful quality. Fell apart after 3 days! They won’t refund unless I send back which costs me nearly £50 and then they will decide!! It’s just rubbish from China - not London!! Avoid!!!

Total scam. Wanted to charge me more to return the item than for the product that I ordered. They look like a London based company, but are abroad.

Items do not look like what is promoted on their website, so when you wish to return they place a hefty charge to return the item.

Dreadful products, quality very poor and do not look like the pictures. Wish I had read the reviews before, not even going to try to return them because of the cost and hassle, just going to take it on the chin!. This company should not be allowed to portray itself as a British company

Absolute scam. The shoes were absolute cheap rubbish, nothing like pictures or description. If you want to return they will charge you the shipping back to China and any duties. Could be the cost of your shoes.
Please avoid at all costs.

O my god! Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this damn website! I ordered some orthopaedic sneakers £35. They arrived after 12 days absolutely crap quality never seen anything like them. For me to send them back extortion fees leaving you will no refund! Just going to bin them! Please dont use this website be aware SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! I'd give them zero stars if I could!!!

Coat sleeves far to short and tight. Returns cost will be around the same price as the coat. I didn't do enough research into the company - may bad...

Believe me every word written about this company is true I was a person who fell for the photos of the garment like others SHAME on them and the company

All previous reviews are spot on and reflect my experience completely. My advice would be not to use this company. Despite appearing to be a genuine retailer based in London, this is not the case. After placing my order my money was taken quickly. After two weeks l queried where the product was and was fobbed off and told there was a slight delay. Weeks later an odd garment turned up having been dispatched from China. It was much too small, had no fabric label or washing instructions and looked nothing like the picture. I had read the returns information on the website prior to ordering, but when l made contact, l was told l could send it back to China at my own expense or return to an address l wasn’t given at my own expense for a 15% refund. Appalling. The garment is unwearable and a total waste of money. It’s sad to think that honest people are being led to believe that they are dealing with a genuine company when it’s not the case.

Poor quality Chinese made shirt should cost no more than £9.99.
Return policy a joke asking for very high shipping fees as they say item has to go back to China. Their warehouse is in North London.

there is no london store everything is made in China and is rubbish - tacky imitations of their on line images - complete waste of time money and energy!

No London/UK base apparently, as had been led to believe.
The quality of my order was shocking, very poor indeed and manufactured in China !!!

This company are just a total complete joke !! Whatever you do “DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM “ Firstly the products if and when they arrive are of bad quality, if you try and ask for a refund then that’s another major issue ! They ask for photographs of the item, firstly whatever you send they say “ this is not in the correct format “ please resend.I resent this 14 times and hit the same automated response every time . They are a complete joke. They are playing the game with us all . They offered mr £10 for a £40 jumper, also would not send me a return form as the photograph was not in the correct format …., really…..

The quality of the goods were not as advertised. The material was third rate, the collar was about size 20 on an XL.
The return and refund policy is an expensive joke despite the customer service attempts to appear helpful and sympathetic.
Avoid at all costs.

Agree with all comments, what a scam company please avoid like the plaque. Products delivered extremely poor quality and bear no relationship to photos. 30 day money back guarantee is just a con as the return shipping costs back to China (apparentely somewhere in the small print) are quoted as £17.50-£30.00 plus custom fees of £12.50 for one jumper!

Appalling quality. Product poorly packaged and with no tags attached giving them the perfect excuse to refuse a refund as their policy requires a photo of the goods to be returned with tags attached. Oh and they also require customs and postal fees way in excess of the value of the goods. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! This company is not what it seems. It is not based in London. It is a Chinese company selling substandard goods. The items received look nothing like those ordered. The website is false and misleading in every respect. And their returns policy is a complete scam. You have to use their carrier and pay Chinese customs to return the product(s) at a cost of about £30. Also, their returns policy insists you email them photos of the products received with tags still intact. Only one problem with that - their products turn up without tags giving them the perfect excuse not to refund you whatever is left of your money if you do decide to return. Such a scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I have reported them to the UK Trading Standards, the Shop app and Meta.

Ordered a shirt. Took ages to come. Size was way off. Contacted them and asked for a refund but they said the cost off returning the shirt was as expensive as the shirt itself. They then offered me another shirt at the delivery cost only, so i bought another at the next size up. still way too small and terrible quality. Don’t touch them with a barge pole!

This is a scam the pictures you see do not resemble the actual products.
They are playing on the name of RM Williams. I ordered a shirt and when it arrived after about 2 weeks the quality was poor and it did not resemble the pictures. I wanted to return it but they quoted £17 to £30 plus customs so for a £35.purchase there was no point.

My 84 year old Dad has just been conned by these absolute shysters..
He thought he was getting a half price bargain, he had asked to exchange this top at first, they wanted all sorts of photos, he asked me to help.
On inspection, I discovered the top to be cheap rubbishy nylon , very badly sewn and finished, and in no way worth what he paid, even at "half price"...
He asked for a refund , they wanted "between £17 and £30 for it to be sent back...suggested he order another size , and to keep the original, for another £9.95 postage...
Unbelievable ! As if my elderly Dad was going to waste another penny on substandard rubbish!
An absolute con, I realise this is how they make their money, conning vulnerable folk, absolutely despicable.
He will be sticking to Marks & Spencer in future, a lesson learnt.
