All ratings on their website and on social media are fake! Extremely poor quality, cheapest manufacturing, money-back guarantee is a lie as returning costs are £30 (to return items to London), customer service is fake. Items are NOT like advertised. The shown and explained quality doesn't exist. Don't waste your time and money!

BEWARE. The worst example of clothing scam. Pictures on the website are nothing like the actual product which is cheap, shabby polyester. They pretend to be British founded in London but are clearly Chinese based. Their 100% money back guarantee is nothing short of a lie as you have to pay as much for the return as the clothes are worth

This company is a complete sham. They deliver poor quality items directly from China with slow delivery and make it so hard and expensive to try and return the goods. They lie about their Trustpilot rating and the ease of their returns process on their website. I do not believe they are a reputable British based company, but a Chinese run operation sending poor Quilty goods and purporting to be a well establish reputable UK company.

Be very aware of this brand. The name, domain, and all promotional material are deliberately designed to give the impression that Williams London are an established London business. They are NOT. They have no presence in the UK at all. (They also have at least one identical brand, selling under the name Harrison Liverpool). They have a business address in the Netherlands but are basically a cheap Chinese clothing exporter. Not only are the unbranded clothes poorly made, but their sizing bears no resemblance to UK/European sizes. Which presents a problem... if you try to return products, under their 'free returns' offer, they will levy carriage/customs charges equivalent to circa. 50% of the value!

What a scam. Really poor quality clothing - nothing like the advertised items. The returns policy mentions customs charges for returned items but fails to mention postage which was estimated at £15 to £30. They are dishonest - a boutique formed in London. Absolute rubbish. No London base. Do not use this company.

Hi, This not good quality and product has no labels, do not buy!

As everyone else has stated this is a scam. I fell for it as it looked like a London based firm selling what appears to be quality clothing. Thought it was looking dodgy when delivery was taking weeks and I then realised it was coming from china. 4 weeks later it arrived and I had to laugh. It looks like it was made for £1 and there is no quality whatsoever. I will wear in the garden and then throw when it falls apart

I wish I had checked this website before I bought a shirt for my hols. It was a rag. Obviously came direct from China. I should have realised when it took so long to arrive. Then they had the cheek to e mail me to say I hadn’t bought for a long time,,when I replied no chance they offered me a 10% discount for my next purchase. I’ve asked them for they address of their London store and told them no way.

Absolutely awful, avoid at all costs. Items are nothing as described. Return is in fact to China. Products are awful total misrepresentation of quality, nothing like advertised. The products are actually from China even though conveniently they have chosen 'London' in the brand name!

I believe Williams London is part of Herdman London as modus operandi is exactly as Williams London. Trying to get refund but being fobbed off with ridiculous suggestions of keeping useless goods for a 50% discount. I am £80 out of pocket and a senior citizen pensioner who cannot afford to lose this money. Shameful SCAM!!! Has anyone reported these rogue traders to Trading Standards ?..

Id give zero stars if i could. Unhappy with colours of jumpers, not even out of the packet and the hoops you have to jump through to return items is ridiculous. Do NOT touch this company

I have read some quite negative reviews about this company but I ordered a dress for Christmas and I am very pleasantly surprised at how nice it is. It was reduced, so I wouldn't have wanted to pay the original price but it looks expensive and compares well with other similar ones. It took a couple of weeks to arrive and the packaging is not great but the dress itself is beautiful.

Poor quality. Top prices. Ridiculous returns policy. Avoid them!

Absolutely shocking Company / Scam . Not even the right colour, quality is shocking and sizing is just as bad . Too expensive to return these items.
Nobody should buy anything from this company. SCAM

Ordered a polo shirt which was described as traditional high quality.i suspected something fishy when delivery info started coming from China. Later read many reviews so I wasn’t expecting much. The item when received is so poor in quality, stitching already coming out , cheap material and no labels of any type ie brand , size or washing instructions. My husband will wear this as gardening clothes. Please do not purchase from this company.

I was worried reading these reviews after placing my order. But to my surprise, the 4 shirts arrived as described, and fit perfectly. My son even complimented me when he saw me wearing one. I didnot have to deal with customer service, so I cannot comment there. The package did take a while to arrive, my one reserve.

AVOID !!! This is a scam, quality 0/10 , true to size 0/10 . Super cheap things shipped out of china , they make it impossible to return or get a refund

They run a very clever scam. They appear as a London store, but are just an online cheap rubbish retailer drop shipping from china or elsewhere. The goods take an age to arrive and are of the poorest quality, they then override UK law by trying to get you to pay more to return than the item costs. I suspect they will rake in as much as they can before disappearing. You can look up the two directors on companies house but good luck in getting any further. I’m amazed FACEBOOK and others allow them to scam like this! Don’t even consider any purchase with these scammers.
