Williams London Clothing Reviews 

Ordered two quarter zip tops which looked great in the photographs and had allegedly been reduced from £80 to £40. When they arrived (from China not London) they were accurate in colour and style but were really quite flimsy and cheap looking. Had I paid £15 each, even then I'd be disappointed in the quality but to have paid what I did was a sobering reminder to always read the reviews when dealing with a company you aren't familiar with.

An online scam presenting itself as an upmarket London store, but is in fact a business shipping cheap polyester clothing direct from China. It won’t even fit you unless you are fortunate enough to be of ‘Asian fit’. Their ‘money back guarantee’ does not include shipping costs or customs duties that are likely to far exceed the actual value of your clothing. You have been warned!

As per the other reviews on here. Wish I had checked this site before purchase. DO NOT buy anything from this company. Cheap nasty goods from China, nothing like the pictures. Ridiculous returns policy too.

Do not offer refunds as they charge postage costing more than the value of the clothing.

The items were more like cheap thin fleeces than men’s sweaters as they were advertising. Returns you have to send back to China at YOUR cost. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I would give them zero if I could. Just received two Calix sweatshirts which are appalling quality. Almost see through and only fit for cleaning cloths. Do not buy from this site. The products are poorly made for substandard materials and honestly awful. My wife has already consigned them to the gardening clothes draw and they’ve only just been unpacked. Seriously not happy

The worst jumpers I’ve ever seen plus the wrong colours wrong size absolutely S..t be warned neve never purchase from these Chinese crooks. No way to return . Will have a fire and send them the ashes 👿

This is a fraudulent company. It is based in ‘the middle’ of China. No address ever given. It is not based in London. They refused refund even though item was returned to London address on package. They offered to send another item with only postage cost or 15% refund of item. Item was not as advertised. I didn’t even have to open the packaged items to see that. Luckily I contacted my credit card company for a refund. They are a scam. Do not purchase from them.

Ordered from what I thought was a UK based company when in fact the two sweaters arrived from China. They are of very poor quality and if you return has to be to China plus customs charges which will be nearly the cost of the items. Absolute scam!!! Avoid at all costs.

The quality is appaling, the colours abominable and the returns policy non-existent.

Thankfully my credit card company managed to get a full refund however I've received a claim from Williams via credit card company today whereby they dispute my case. How on earth they have the nerve to do that??? Total scam

No stars. Scam company don’t use. This company was called Herwick UK a few weeks back but has changed its name. DONT USE….

Absolute fraud.
Bought a polo shirt online for 35£ but got pissed off by the cheap quality chineese product, recieved after 3 wks. Label even showed date of manufacturing seven years back. Loose buttons and disproportionate dimensions of shirt shows that it is probably a rejected item of factory being sold here. The return policy i received from them is:
"Please note that return shipping costs typically range from £17.50 –£30.00, excluding customs fees, to our central warehouse".

Has no store in London. AI generated image of one only! Very poor quality item arrived 90% polyester. Wouldn't even use it as a rag! I'm not going to bother sending it back but just accept my mistake and learn from the experience.

Like all here. Fell for the nice clothes on face book. In reality you are sent a total piece of rubbish that is just so bad . You try to complain and ask for refund then are hit with must return to china and charge you £££ . SCAM

Just received a polo top from this company. It’s like a cheap market stall rag that hangs off me. It’s nothing like the item advertised and the wrong colour. It came from China and no returns policy. Just totally avoid this scam company.
Update. They only allow you to return items to China for a cost of up to £30 plus customs duty or they offer you an option of buying more at a discounted rate. So no refund or spend more on more crap. Their website shows nearly 5 star reviews, a complete pack of lies and poor quality rubbish at premium prices. Avoid !
If caught out go to your bank to request a chargeback on your card.

Rip Off. zero stars if I could. Fraud!! 50% discount come on is just misrepresentation. Site showed a picture of the frontage of an upscale London store with Williams livery. The site no longer has this photo. Looked very legit. No mention of China goods. And like all other reviewers, did not check the reviews. Very poor quality. Nothing like pictures on web site. To return is almost as much as the original purchase price.

Should have read reviews on trust pilot before ordering!! The reviews on their website are 5 star!
I did eventually receive the blouse but it’s awful, nothing like the photo on website, quality dreadful, badly made, odd size, there’s nothing good about it. Not worth a pound & I paid £34.95, full price £70!!!!! Total waste of money.
I would return but when I look it’s China, shipping £17.50-£30 customs £12.50-£15.
Their website looks genuine - established London 2003, photos that look as if it’s London, saying globally recognised for its timeless design and exceptional quality - not true.
If you buy from them, you will be wasting your money.

I wish I had read reviews before sending for loafers from this company. They are appallingly bad quality and It seems that I may be expected to return them to China even though there is an address in Southall from where they were posted by Royal Mail. VERY sharp practice and totally unacceptable.
