This was the second training course I have done at William Smith and I am already looking into doing another one. The training facilities are fantastic and the trainers are great in sharing in depth knowledge on techniques and tools for the job. I am excited about having their expertise and guidance to fall back on should I need it in the future as the help doesn't just stop when the training course does.

It was great to get the theory and basics of wrapping. The time was easy and flexible and delivered really well too.

Training was brilliant from start to finish. A Really healthy Mix between the hands on installing and all aspects of the science behind it.

Completed the William Smith theory course with Tom and it was a great experience. He was excellent at explaining everything clearly and made the course really easy to follow. He was knowledgeable, approachable, and happy to answer all questions. Highly recommend the course to anyone considering it.

William Smith made us feel welcome and comfortable from the minute I walked through the door. The Instructor Michael was hugely knowledgeable and put the information across in a friendly informative manner happily sharing his knowledge. Due to this I derived a lot of information that I can use back at my workshop.

Excellent training, great facilities and a real feeling that they want you to succeed when you take on work after the training.

This course is exactly what I was looking for when I wanted to learn, improve and perfect my skills. With a small amount of people on the course there was plenty of opportunity for questions and demonstrations and 1-1’s. Bravo!

The kitchen wrapping course was incredible, John at William Smith & Phil from Wrapture are so knowledgable and always willing to go above and beyond to help. There was a range of ability levels with some more experienced than others yet they cater to everyone. I even had some questions and problems I’d encountered on jobs that weren’t related to kitchens but they gave me advice and tips to help me in the future, would definitely recommend

When showing items they should be on full screen. Other than that it was very informative.

Delivered in a no-nonsense manner with plenty of opportunity for questions

The 2 day basic course was very good, the course was delivered really well with different skill levels in mind, I didnt want it to end to be honest.
