This is my second online course. It was a great introduction to another aspect of the industry. Learned some basics about the difference products, their applications, and the positives and drawbacks for each, and some issues that can arise from lack of knowledge and preparation. Brief enough not to take too much out of the working day but a good foundation to go on and do practical course next.

Very intense, detailed course. John and Phil were very hands-on. Will not hesitate using them again for another course.

The course not only demonstrated the best finishing techniques for getting the best results when wrapping a kitchen, it also covered some information on how to potentially market and sell - with valuable tips from John and Phil's experiences when looking for new clients. It also went into great detail on the different types of vinyl and materials used in the kitchen wrap industry - what is best, and what isn't with demonstrations.

There was a good mix of experience levels attending. Myself and my colleague have been working in vinyl and graphic installations for a while - myself about 13+ years, my colleague 20+ years. Both of us left the course feeling like we had gained a lot of valuable information on how to progress.

Fabulous staff and facilities

Interesting talk about redesigning surfaces using film. There were many unknown applications within interior design that I wasn't aware of. A great way to learn quickly from the best.

I’ve completed both a 2 day course and an online course with William Smith and both have been fantastic! Loads of information to intake but shown and made understandable so nothing gets missed! I had lots of correspondents with Sam to help with getting me on the courses as I had money from a bursary I could use and she was beyond helpful and kept me in the loop through the whole process! John & Mike the trainers were also fantastic support through the courses! Will definitely be back for more training!
