BIRLEA ( Willis & Gambier)...an exceptional company.
Birlea , who sell Willis & Gambier furniture, is an exceptional company whom I will use again. Lee Porter and Kirk assisted me with information I requested that made purchasing the Willis & Gambier furniture easy.
Everything was perfectly clear. Costing, when the furniture was arriving , how many men and how much the delivery charge was.
The furniture arrived beautifully packaged in sturdy boxes so it couldn't be damaged.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Birlea for a top class service.

Disappointed
The furniture is wonderful. No concerns there. However the delivery came direct from Birlea. Bearing in mind this was bedroom furniture the delivery men told me that they were not supposed to take it upstairs!! Also they did not unpack and did not take packing materials away. I paid a John Lewis price but did not receive John Lewis customer service. Very disappointing.

Looks great but poor support
The handles on this furniture are not fit for purpose and when you have a drawer full of clothes they break. Willis & Gambier will not respond and do not provide any information on where to obtain replacement handles or what paint to use if there is damage which will occur over time, Of course you could go out and buy new handles but when you have several pieces of furniture and the fittings are not standard this is not possible.
The furniture looks good and we were pleased with it but now we wish we hadn't bought it

Good solid furniture will last for years
Bought the Willis and gambier ivory bedroom range set for my bedroom.ordered last Monday and all arrived today with super polite delivery guys who put the items upstairs in the room for
