Great product - easily fixed to wall - quick delivery and good value for money - Could possibly have done with screws and plugs included though

I've bought from Willow & Stone a few times. The website is one of the best online stores I've seen. Excellent photography. Excellent check-out experience. They're easy to get hold of in case of any questions. And the products are outstanding, at a really fair price.

Great speedy service when an item was missing from my order

Delivery of letter box was on time and product, which was purchased because of its aesthetic, period design looked the part. There were however practical problems. Firstly the face plate was quite shallow so that the hinge mechanism + the fixing points for the through the door bolts had to be recessed into the door. This made it evident that the hinge mechanism was only a few milimetres clear from the edge of the face plate making it difficult to fit without a gap but in my case the existing door cut was irregular and this is inevitably visible. (There were no detailed dimensions on the website and no tenplate is provided to assist installation.) Also whilst the brasswork should be reasonably corrosion resistant, the hinge, spring, bolts etc are mild steel. In the best of circumstances there would be galvanic corrosion but we are by the sea! I will use corrosion inhibitors to minimise the harm but I'm not optimistic.

It’s a beautiful woodpecker door knocker & fits really well. We’ll enjoy seeing it & are very pleased with the purchase.

Efficient and friendly from web and phone through to home.

We were looking for brass handles the same as the Shell Handles we have in cast iron, but could not find them, I even thought about brass plating the originals, but the quote was £18 each plus vat and postage and packaging making them over £200. I then found WillowandStone, they had brass handles very similar looking and in size. Saskia answered my questions I ordered 10 off,and managed to fit them covering all the existing holes. I am very pleased at the outcome and support from WillowandStone.

The items I ordered were out of stock everywhere else. Two websites said they were in stock and then cancelled my order! I was therefore sceptical but Willow and Stone did actually have the items in stock and they arrived quickly. Would recommend.

I found these door hooks on line, they were just what I wanted stylish and simple and beautiful. Was excited to see their website. I will definitely be ordering some other handmade things!
