Really disappointed to read all of these reviews and see that it is a fraudulent company. I ordered Christmas gifts for family. Sadly I did not know the real value of the toys. After more than 3 weeks of waiting, I did a google search and saw this. Needless to say they've never arrived. I have cancelled all my cards. Aren't there some hideous people in the world. Karma will get you!

This website is definitely a scam. Do not pay by debit card if at all possible pay by credit card. There is no option for PayPal. At least there is a chance of getting your money back sooner. I ordered but when there was no confirmation email I researched the company...no info....so stopped the payment via my app. Total time approx 15 mins from placing order to cancelling my credit card. Only inconvenience is having to wait for new credit card. BEWARE!!!!

I stupidly ordered from this website,I wished I'd looked at all these reviews 1st. I only spent a small amount and payment has been taken from my account,amount was different to how much it cost by around 10p,bit odd and had separate other charge of 11p. Have no faith that my product will turn up and have cancelled my bank card to be safe. Just glad I didn't spend alot of money and in future will be checking any websites I order from throughly.

Fraudulent website, order accepted and tracking details provided however this tracking number was for items in in USA. Needless to say never received items! Contact details on website and address for store keep changing. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE

This is a scam from China. They tried to claim more money than I had ‘spent’ although I had been told that my transaction had been unsuccessful. Cancelled cards immediately.

It's hilarious that UK Banks, Credit Card Companies etc. still have to give all the named companies under this massive fraudulent operation the time to deliver the items and the benefit of the doubt. That is despite being well aware of the scale of this operation for many months and from the very well publicised reviews and warnings from the thousands of people that have been and still are being scammed. Search for Lego Sales on Google and it's the 11th result... still. What is equally astounding is that TRUSTPILOT offer an active link direct to their website.
People are well aware if they go to near the cliff edge they could fall off... but they still do it. Put a fence up and they can't get there!

Transaction would not go through on website and bank has now notified us of fraud on our account. DO NOT USE

I’m frustrated with myself that I didn’t look into this website further. I have a tracking number which tells me that apparently the Lego I ordered has been shipped from China but has yet to arrive, despite ordering over 3 weeks ago. Suffice to say I’ve had to buy alternative presents for Christmas. Whether or not the Lego is legit, I’m not sure I’ll ever know :(

Update (13/1/21): Lego hasn’t arrived and now the website doesn’t exist.

Oh no I was dreading reading this as I haven't heard anything spent £200 on lego m.. I'm gutted one upset girl on Christmas morning !! Absolute scum to do this . Do t know what I'm going to do now . So upset 😡

Same as everyone - I've been ripped off. They took my payment twice, with a incorrect (overstated) value each time. IT'S A FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Became suspicious after dubious order acknowledgement had numerous grammatical errors. No response when company contacted. Luckily I only lost £18 which my bank refunded. Some people may have spent much on these despicable scammers. AVOID!!!!

I wish I'd searched for this when my wife mentioned it. It sounded way too good to be true, much like others on here, but for some reason I didn't check at the time. No email notification, no longer any 'account details' that she set up. On to the bank now to see if there's anything we can do, but may be too late.
Please be warned and spread the word.

I realised a week after buying that I had been scammed and a company called Biloban had taken the money. I reported it to the bank once I had looked on here and had my fears confirmed. Biloban is a baby blanket/cot company so it looks as if they’ve got their fingers in all sorts of pies.....then on Monday the same amount came back into my account from some random account with all different numbers and no name. When I googled the Lego i wanted to buy again up came the same site but not called Willow Books they had changed their domain to something else and probably do so regularly. In the new site it talked about “female fashion brands” despite it advertising all those same toys with the same page. It sounds like a complex scam possibly on a global level and who knows who or why that money went back into my account. So dodgy!!!!! I’ve cancelled all my cards and changed my passwords ☹️
