Unfortunately not that convinced. Beautiful website and information. And fast delivery as a plus.

But photos on the website are different from actual products. One pair gave me afwul blisters and pain after wearing once. Second pair was too big, Sems to be a known issue ragrding the reviews but no information from seller on that.

Worst part is the service, emailing is frustrating as I dont get a real reply. Or its a robot or the service agent and i are from different planets. I dont feel taken any serious.

The are supposed to have peperless returns. But I have the nearest UPS service point at 5 km distance and the return requires a printer. And Wills doenst really respond. Not sure what to do with the painful pair of shoes, the other ones need a return or replacement.

Wills replied after this review with a person email and information. Thanks. I still thing the return process is difficult (although: they offered easier options after review) and the quality has to convince me in use.

Bought a fantastic coat from Will at a vegan fair and had to return it for a different size. It was all done swiftly with great customer service.
All the eco credentials on the garment are so impressive - i learnt a lot about how things should be.

I bought a pair of winter boots that unfortunately turned out to have a production error. I didn't, however, notice this until the next winter season, nearly a year later, but when I wrote them I got a quick reply and was reimbursed with the value of the boots.
The boots themselves are also of an impressive quality appart from the slight production error in my case, and I highly recommend using Will's Vegan Store due to their absolutely amazing service and products!

Bought a fabulous pair of boots I looked at the reviews first and it said go a size smaller which fit me perfectly straight out the box 👌🏼

Bought a belt, broke it by accident, then I ordered the part that was broken again at wills vegan store. They had to order that part but it took 6 weeks. After complaining that it took so long, they sent me a whole new belt and eventually also two of the broken parts for free. Customer service at its best! Thank you!!

Good products but...unresponsive customer service and unreliable delivery service (DHL parcel) : big delays, tracking number not working, and damaged packaging...

I have bought several items at Will’s Vegan over the years. I love all of them. The shoes are comfortable and stylish with great quality. My biker jacket is my “precious” and source of many compliments 😉 This company’s customer service is truly above and beyond!

Had a faulty pair and they provided a replacement pair. Couldn't say that about many places these days. Top-notch.

The shoes look good and are comfortable. The people working are helpful.

SUMMARY: Wearing these shoes resulted in a lot of pain and a trip to the doctor.

DETAILS: I'm 56, so I've owned countless pairs of shoes in my life, but nothing compared to the experience I had with these shoes. I put them on, they felt comfortable enough, went to walk the dogs, and in just a few minutes, I started to get a lot of pain in my right foot. I'm not used to having pain, thought it would subside so I didn't turn back. By the end of the 30-minute walk it was pretty bad. I hobbled around for the next few days, and of course didn't wear the shoes again, but without getting better, I made an appointment to see the doctor. No real answers there except that he said the shoes don't have arch supports and if I were to wear them again I'd need to by arch inserts (orthotics). Ibuprofen cleared up the pain.

Will's has a generous 1-year return policy, which wasn't long enough for me (bought them 12/22). I have a disabled family member and I'm busy from morning to night every day, and never found time to return the shoes within the 1-year period.

Rating 2 stars instead of 1 because maybe, somehow, the problem wasn't the fault of the shoes, it was just a bizarre coincidence, but to me, no pain until the one time I wore these shoes, it really feels like it was the shoes.

I used to be a repeat buyer having bought the same shoes back in 2017 as I did this year.

The quality has gone down the toilet since then. Same price for the shoes but clearly an inferior product. Shoes that once lasted years and years are now falling apart after about 9 weeks of wear.

Their shoes are really nice.
The shoes are really resilient and can be last for many years considering to change the sole.
The belt are also great looking but it seems they will have to be replaced after 3/4 years.

The Chicago Lo-Tops are instantly some of my favourite trainers I've ever owned - stunning and so comfy 💚

As a vegan, I LOVE the concept, specifically when all the items you see are 100% vegan! 💚 I've bought several pair of shoes already and they are excellent so far. I would buy more shoes but they are quite often out of stock in my size (8 uk).
The reason I only provide 3 stars is mostly because I was also having a look to some of the clothes, but unfortunately the largest size I have seen in most of the items I was interested at it's an L or XL which on their size chart is the equivalent of a 14 uk (??), I find that very disappointing, as in the majority of clothes shops XL nowadays it's the equivalent to a 16-18 or even 20 uk in some cases. It'll be great if they would have 18-20 uk size available for clothes :)

Not worth the price. Bought a pair of boots just over a year ago, not worn them excessively, only on smart ocassions and already starting to see cracks in the faux leather and the boots squeak horrendously. Not remarkably comfortable either. Bought a pair of vegan doc martens not long after and they’re MUCH better quality for the price. Shame really, I wanted wills to be nicer than what they are.

I have not had issues before with Wills Vegan Store and have really enjoyed their women's work boots in two colours.

I ordered some insulated waterproof Chelsea boots in size 8 (I am always size 8) for a trip abroad at the end of February. I wore them a few times on my trip and quickly realised they were a size too big and were causing me some pain. I tried heel grips/insoles and putting tissue in the toe, none worked.

When I returned I looked at the reviews for the item and quickly saw that they run big and there may be a sizing issue with the item. I didn't realise this beforehand. I have never before bought size 8 shoes that were too big. I have bought size 8 from wills store and they fit fine.

I asked if I could exchange the item ( for a size 7) through the website but was offered a voucher which would mean I would have to pay an extra £90 on top of the voucher (Value £62) to buy the size 7's.

There is little wear on the boots but I was honest about having worn them, I didn't realise the sizing issue immediately.

What made me feel sadder about the situation is that my review on the wills vegan site I made seems to have been taken down. It was not overly negative just mentioned the sizing issue and that the boots had hurt my foot and hip whilst wearing.

I love the boots would just have appreciated an exchange for a size smaller. I was not looking to be refunded and wanted to send the boots back for the size 7s.

Wonderfull shoes. They look and feel top quality. Like walking on a cloud. The service is excellent. The shoes come in a beautiful package which is a delight to receive. A company with such attention to style and detail is precious indeed.

I recently purchased a 3cm men's black belt from here. The belt itself feels good quality, however there was a problem with the buckle that caused the belt to pop open easily when it was worn.

I replied to my shipping email showing the problem with images, and their customer service team responded the same day to ship a replacement belt free of charge. This store clearly cares deeply about their customers and delivering quality. With this level of care, I will certainly be buying more from here in the future (hopefully without needing to contact customer service again!).

As a sidenote, it is so refreshing to be able to purchase quality leather-like products without wearing literal skin. I'm happy to support Will's store knowing that none of these products are made from animals.

The customer service is amazing. They are very helpful and quick to response.

I have order a few different products from this store and have always found them to be well made and attractive products. I ended up having an issue with a pair of boots I bought at the beginning of the year and the customer service I received was exceptional. Aarti answered my emails quickly and offered some really good solutions.

I really recommend Will's Vegan store for their products, their ethics and their incredible customer service!
