I recently ordered from this company

I recently ordered from this company. The clothes were nothing like the images or how described. The material was poor, and the sizing was incorrect. I attempted to return , as they advertised as UK. However, the return I was told would cost me $50 which was almost equal to the cost I paid. I was offered 10% refund. I complained over many emails , and was eventually given 30% discount. Meaning I paid 70% for something I will never wear. Do not buy from this company

SCAM company do not buy anything

SCAM company do not buy anything. I immediately cancelled my order after reading reviews but they are going forward and refused to cancel the order.

Scammers

Received the cheapest pair of plastic boots that stunk of chemicals so are totally unwearable
Got in touch with the company and they told me that it would cost me 50 dollars to return them and the address is in China. They have offered me 50 percent refund and keep the goods.
I wish I’d have read these reviews before I ordered. It’s a total scam. The advertising is misleading it says easy returns . They say they are based in London.
I’m going down the route of asking for a recharge as I paid on my credit card.
Total scammers keep well away

Absolute Rubbish

To be honest if you could give no or minus stars that would be a better reflection. The product was total rubbish - poor quality material/poor stitching/buttons WHITE on a deep green not appropriate and falling off/collar extremely poor and does not sit correctly if we had paid a couple of £'s on a market stall we could accept the quality paying £30 we certainly cannot accept. This the product of absolute scam merchants - BUY AT YOUR PERIL.

I would be very careful before you buy…

I would be very careful before you buy anything from this company. They have very poor service tactics for dealing with refunds. THINK BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. The quality of the product was also very poor.
Informing customers that they have to return items at their cost to an address in China with the added cost of tracking at a cost of circa $30-$60 means that it costs more to return the product than it cost to purchase. How ca this ethical or fair. Buyers be warned!

Tha advertising is false . The

just stay clear

just stay clear, really cheap chinese goods that take forever to come, this is not a London store. The polo shirts I bought will make average dishcloths. No response from the seller after multiple emails.
3rd May.
I find it ironic they tell me to reach out publicly after they ignore my 3 emails demanding a response.
I have since sent a 4th email with the same zero reply. I have now contacted my credit card company to report a scam.
Please do not buy from this shambles of a back room supplier.
UPDATE. 16/5/26
Still no response from this company.
If you spend money with them you need to fully expect disappointment. They are a scam organisation with zero customer care.

3 tea shirts arrived today screwed up…

3 tea shirts arrived today screwed up tightly in small plastic bag. Buttons sewed on badly, no spare button and no makers label . They took 3 weeks to arrive. The price they charged i could have got 10 tea shirts from Primark and better quality. To top it all I thought i was buying from a london company

Poor quality product and dishonest returns policy

I ordered a polo shirt from their face book shop. It took unacceptably long to arrive and when it did the shirt was made of poor, thin material with loose threads on the button stitching. It was nothing like the picture in the ad. When I asked for a refund I was told that it would cost up to $50 to return it (to China!) and I would bear this cost. I was told many customers choose to accept a 10 per cent refund and gift or donate the garment! I persisted with the customer service agent who was polite but who never acknowledged the lack of integrity in the company advertising. Eventually I was offered a 50 percent refund. This level of dishonest marketing is shocking.

For a London based company you expect a…

For a London based company you expect a listing at companies house. There is no UK based company. False advertising at its peak. If you look at the website they will have 5 stars on trustpilot when in fact it’s only two. This is purely deception all round. Even the remaining stock has 6 attached to it for every size DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Update

Have a look at their reply if transparency was important to them wouldn’t they change their website rather than continuing to deceive? It’s nowhere near London …..created at a sweatshop in China !

Do not buy from this vendor

Do not buy from this vendor. I purchased some shorts through a Facebook advert link. When they arrived, they were very bad quality and did not match colour from the pictures. When I tried returning to their website to return, my browser warned me it is not secure. I therefore emailed them for return details and they kept replying without providing return address etc but instead offering 10% refund or store credit. They claim the costs to return to their "international partner" are too high. As such, the quality is low and there is essentially no return option. This is not a real clothing company.

AVOID this sham company

This company's website looks like a UK company. The streamline "Wilson & Carter London" conceals a shoddy Chinese import operation, selling goods not fit for purpose, and refusing the full refund that is the customer's right in these cases.

The website advertises
"EASY RETURNS
Shop with confidence. If it’s not the right fit, our hassle-free returns make it simple to send it back."

I bought some cool-looking boots at a great price. They arrived at least 2-3 sizes smaller than the "43" stamped into the bottom of the soles. If you try to return they will stall you via email with repetitive questions and say that it will cost $30 to ship the item back! (to outer space???). I persisted until I got bored and accepted an offer of 40% refund without returning the useless and low-quality merchandise. AVOID this scam company!

Give this company a wide berth!!

Give this company a wide berth!!! This is a Chinese company selling extremely inferior quality clothing at a relatively high price (£29.99 reduced from £99.99 😂😂)for a polo shirt that has no label, unfinished seams and poor quality material, and no means of returning unless you’re prepared to pay the price of the shirt again to cover shipping costs
