Great help making the relocation easier with less headaches and stress.

My initial contact with WIlson's at Sandringham was easy and we stored for 18months. When it came time to exiting the storage unit, Michelle was very helpful with my queries. Great customer service

Easy to deal with, whole process very simple

I had a really terrific experience with both Michelle and John. They were careful to understand the type of storage unit I needed and really went to effort to find me a suitable size, ground level for our large furniture. They were both so good with emails and calls to keep in touch and when I went the day before delivery, Michelle walked me through, showed me the card entry system and even had combination locks available on the day. Excellent service and lovely people. The unit was very clean and secure and I feel very confident to have my things there. Highly recommended👍🏻Jo

Very helpful staff and informative

I rented a storage unit for almost 10 years. During COVID they even moved my items to one of their new storage facilities and managed to entire process. All items were in very good condition. When i returned the unit the manager of the storage organised the cancellation process easy and flexible for everyone. Really good service.

In difficult times, it is the mark of a company's integrity as to how well they respond to their customers at ground face level.
Spreadsheets, KPI's and corporate rules mean nothing to me and the average person seeking storage, especially in this very real and formidable housing crisis I and other Australians currently face.
I appreciated Michelle's empathy, flexibility and kindness in her interactions with me. My storage needs were not straight forward, and being at the mercy of the real estate industry (who are hardly concerned with the plight of the average renter) there was a great contrast in business dealings and respect.
Clear communication and willingness to go over options was another winning factor, something the lazy-ass National Storage facility a block up the road might learn from.
Being able to use the van for a few hours to move breakables separately was also a blessing. John was great facilitating this.
Yes, the packing materials they sell are pricey, but high standard.
Finally, the removalists they recommended were great, and were less in cost than the other 4 so called guild (union) member removalists firms who wanted thousands more to do the same job.
