The staff especially John could not have been so helpful.

3 storage sites , one office , quick response to my needs.
Personable mature staff member asked about my goods to store , the sizes and availability of the spaces, prices and easiest access

Staff were friendly & explained everything really well. Loved the free van hire for 2 hours to help kick start the of fill our storage unit. Storage unit facilities are immaculately clean with a range of trolleys on offer to help make the process easy. An Excellent service

Staff were super helpful, and knowledgeable.
The storage units are spotless, of various shapes and sizes, the roller doors are easy to open and close. They have a huge lift, and trolleys….i was super impressed with their facilities. Easy access too. They’re a bit on the pricey side but that’s where you weigh up are you comfortable storing your things in a clean accessible unit or in a less desirable location, with units that aren’t as good.
Most of all I feel my things are safe and I’m safe when I go there.

Very simple process .

Phillip was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and considerate. It was great to be met with a friendly face he organised our van hire and storage. Excellent customer service. Easy access to storage facility, which was always well lit and clean. Would recommend Wilson Cheltenham and Sandringham

I dropped in to learn more about Wilson Storage in Sandringham. I met with Philip on reception, who was so very helpful. It was a great experience and I did go ahead with booking a storage unit and have been very happy with this service.

Staff always so nice and friendly. Appreciate friendliness when ever payment detailed needed updating. Location always clean and easily accessible. Only reason for 3 stars is how often the price went up. We only stopped renting the unit because the cost was not feasible.

Great solution to solve my storage space.

I have been using Wilsons for 6 years. and they have looked after me for the past six years very well. My whole house was in there. On my return they were always willing to help. Its safe, clean and the people very obliging. If you need storage, these are the guys.

Philip was great to deal with. He was polite, great customer service, very knowledgeable and an overall great guy. If it wasn’t for his interactions, I would have gone with another storage facility.
