Quality of the shirt very poor

Quality of the shirt very poor and sizes don't seem actual there no communication from them then the delivery was painfully slow had to return short as it was no use will wait to see how long they take to respond to the return request

Brilliant service and communication.

Brilliant service and communication.. the only company I have found that sell workwear tops in small size.. ideal for my son who’s just started his first job and wants to look like his work mates.. Bravo 🙌

Disappointed that the item was out of…

Disappointed that the item was out of stock due to suppliers courier, but wasn’t told this Had to phone to find out about delivery and was then told, the lady was very apologetic. Got email the following day apologising for delay. Great product grandson was very happy with his late birthday present.

Bought a new work polo shirt and Hi-Vis jumper from Wilson’s Workwear and I can not fault the products or service. Planning on buying some winter workwear in the coming weeks.

Hi Colin,

I have looked into this for you. Whilst I am in agreement that your delivery was delayed and this is unacceptable and not the standard of service we aim to provide, I would have to state that our delivery states 3-5 working days and yours took 8 working days, not three weeks.

I can also confirm we sent an email to you at the time of delay to outline this to you and to offer you options and a free item to make up for the delay - we received no response.

I understand you were frustrated with your wait, as were we, which is why we did everything we could to try and fix this for you and reach out to you but sadly we got no response.

We are an extremely small business who have only got a year of trading under our belt so every review counts, and as this is quite a damaging one which does not appear (from our end at least) to be factually accurate I wanted to give a response. Please feel free to contact me on caitlin@wilsonsworkwear.co.uk if there is anything we can do to be of further help.

I am sorry again that your item was delayed and I am also sorry that you felt it warranted this review.

Would not recommend!

Would not recommend!
Waited over two and half weeks for delivery of order to arrive. Then when needed to exchange item they firstly returned the same item size as I had previously returned. (No returns slip included). Called over ten times before I got through to speak with someone, then had to wait another two and half weeks for the new size. Overall six week waiting for an item. Was given a £15 discount however this does not cover inconvenience especially when you pay for quality goods.

I understand your frustration, I know the wrong size was sent out to you in exchange but as I explained this was an unfortunate human error. Unfortunately, as is human nature, everyone makes mistakes so whilst I am unwilling to chastise a member of staff for this I do apologise that it happened. I did explain on the phone and via emails that the size you requested to exchange to was not in stock and that there would be a delay. I did everything I could to assist you to make up for the mistake, covered all return shipping costs and gave you a £15 discount which may seem like little to you but for a small business such as ourselves this is a huge cut.

I truly believe once the mistake had been made we could not have done any more to help you or to try to rectify it, so if you feel your one star review is warranted then it would seem nothing we could have done would have been of satisfaction for you which is a shame.

Thank you again for your custom and for initially wishing to support a small business.

I have checked through all of our emails etc and it does not appear you have tried to contact us in any instance regarding a wrong item being sent. From what I can see on our end matching stock SKUs with shipments it does not seem, from our end anyway, that the wrong item has been sent. Of course, we would be in a better position to shed light on this if we had any communication from you.

I sent you an email yesterday attempting to reach out and understand what has happened or gone wrong with your order. I have also reached out to explain that if, in fact, we have sent you the wrong item we would be more than happy to cover your return postage costs and get the issue resolved for you - it is unfortunate you didn't want to give us this chance.

Wouldn’t recommend

Honestly first order was amazing but second one didn’t arrive so after 11 days of waiting I called up and got told my items hadn’t even been dispatched yet due to staff being on holiday, cancelled order an asked for refund which also took another 4 days

I am glad your first order was amazing and can only apologise again that your second was not up to par - as you will know it is not our usual standard. Unfortunately, given that we are such a small business with a small team of staff (three members) a holiday being taken can slow us down somewhat. Whilst we do try to limit this and keep everything flowing as well as possible we do also think it is hugely important to let our staff get some well-earned time off.

With regard to the refund, it is the case for any business that refunds can take 3-5 working days, ultimately it depends on your provider how quickly your account is credited - we processed the refund instantly on our end.
