Dreadful company that should be avoided at all costs.
Took about 2 weeks to send out one pair of trousers, had an email stating they were too busy wit their large orders.
When the trousers eventually arrived they were almost 6 inches short, I need the long leg and although the labels stated they were 35 inches, they were in fact 29 inches.
I complained to them highlighting that they were defective and they said I could post them back for a refund but I had to pay v the postage.
Shocking customer service considering the goods were faulty.
On top of that I had sent an email clearly stating I was returning them, they responded by saying "if I didn't want to return them for a refund that was OK" or words to that effect.
I thereafter received another email which was sarcastic, childlike and to be honest what I expected from them
PLEASE DON'T USE THEM!

UPDATE ON THE SITUATION
please don't believe the reply sent by Andrew informing me that if I emailed he would make it right, I did as requested and have still not received any further communication from them, I wouldn't be surprised if they put that on trust pilot to give the impression they care and are helping but obviously it's for appearances only to fool people.

Amazing product supplied and amazing and thoughtful customer service. I ordered something which was not in stock, and so Wilsons Workwear let me know there would be a delay. As I needed the boots for a specific day, which I explained, I was able to get a different pair and they were sent next day delivery provided by Wilsons Workwear so they would arrive in time. The new product I asked to exchange them for was also a few pounds more expensive then my original order, and they absorbed the cost and got me the boots in time!! Thanks so much Wilsons Workwear.

Placed my order with Wilsons and then started receiving emails from a 3rd party Builders Merchant with tracking information with no reference to what I was actually tracking. Thought it was an error or I had inadvertently ordered something for which I had no record of. It was all good in the end but it didn't half cause me some panic as I checked Bank transactions, emails etc and then had to just wait and see what turned up. All well that ends well.

I have given you the 2 star review because it took your company 8 working day to dispatch my boots, also I had to email you during this to find out what was happening with my order, where it should of been yourselves emailing me apologising in the delay.

Over 2 weeks for delivery with no communication. Bit disappointing as my first order was processed quite quickly hence the return custom. I’ll think twice about using again.
