Garment defective
I bought the Leo Dartmoor 10K Orange Jacket. Arrived in a timely manner, but the item was defective - The lining in the sleeve was stitched incorrectly and twisted to the outer lining, so I was unable to push my hand through the cuff.

Ordered boots, winter overalls, gloves…
Slight delay with the Buckler Boots as Buckler we’re moving factories …but I was kept informed all the way. And due to out of stock item, and alternative order, I got a discount for my patience 😃 All communications, were answered fast and friendly, best price on boots, and I shopped around. Overalls are great - again god price too!
Certainly will buy again from Wilson’s

The boots were fine, long delivery time
The boots were fine, just took alot longer to be delivered, i had to email them after 6 days to ask when the boots were going to be delivered, turns out they were out of stock, but were due in the following week. They did offer me a refund or said I could wait until they come in. I waited, I would use again but not if I needed anything in a hurry.

Ordered some Bucklerz
Ordered some Bucklerz. Waited Two months to be told I have to take my money back or wait up to another 2 months. They advertise stock they don’t have, in the hope they can persuade you to take replacements that are dated.

Rait I've placed a order of 2 pairs of bucklerbootz on 24 of October. I did been in touch with them over the phone telling me you'll get them next day blblablabla not even 2day .. how long do I need to wait for them. Some others retailers out there deliver in 2 days but not you guys. Never ever again I will buy from you...
