Placed an order for boots on 6th January. I urgently need to cancel the order. I have left telephone messages and emailed but no response. I will amend this review if they get in touch to sort out my issue.

LITRALLY LIKE TRYING TO BLEED A ROCK TRYING TO FIND OUT INFORMATION ON THE WHERE ABOUTS.

Been waiting nearly 10 days, took my money and no form of notice on when they are coming or even if they have been dispached!?

Ordered item almost 2 weeks ago and still not here. Emailed a week later no reply. Emailed another week later and still no reply.
Poor.

Great product my partner absolutely loves his new work wellies he can’t stop talking about them.. not to mention the great customer service and quick replies to emails would definitely recommend 10/10

Been trying to contact company from minute I brought item as ordered wrong size item turned up wrong now I’m trying to return for size change an my email was ignored again

Avoid this company ordered 6 weeks ago and goods still not arrived, I’ve tried emailing and ringing but no one responds or answers the phone. Buy elsewhere!!!!!

Completely unprofessional sent the wrong item after 14 working days and when I've requested the right one they said is out of stock,even if when I've ordered was in, now the item is out of stock everywhere, on my size ,so because of them incompetence I lost the chance to buy it elsewhere.

Beware ordered and paid for goods from this company.
goods not arrived. Tried calling only answerphone left numerous messages and e.mailed no response. Stay well clear.

Please don’t waste your time or money on this company. They take your order and your money but don’t ship your goods to you. They don’t reply to emails and they don’t answer the phone advertised on Google. I’m not convinced they even exist - it may be a total fraud site. Sadly I’m too far away from their advertised location to check.

I’m happy with my product but the customer services is terrible. I didn’t receive a receipt with my purchase and have emailed and called and left a message but still no reply or receipt.

If I could give this company a zero then I would. It’s customer service is the worst I’ve ever known, absolutely disgusting. They take your money and don’t send the products.AVOID!!!!! Wish we had read the Facebook reviews before we ordered because there’s no surprise they 1 star

Ordered boots for my son over 5 weeks ago now!
When was delivered was left on my front door step for the whole world to see and for someone to kindly take..
contacted free company and the company I bought these from. And after 4 weeks still getting no where! The Company is telling me there is nothing they can do until they hear back from the delivery company.
The customer service people are extremely rude!
Never use them again!!!
