I ordered two Gildan sweatshirts as…

I ordered two Gildan sweatshirts as they were not available on Amazon which I normally use - the items which arrived were labelled XL and Gildan but the bodies were slimmer / tighter than my previous purchases - hoped I could stretch them a bit when I washed them - not successful . Disappointed

Purchased these as a gift for my…

Purchased these as a gift for my partner. He was thrilled. The quality of the boots were excellent and keep his feet dry and comfortable. I was kept updated throughout with the order. Definitely reccomended if you have anybody working outside.

AVOID!

AVOID!!

Ordered a pair of boots on the 15th December as a Christmas present - item still had not arrived!!
When contacted the store they explained they were trying to source the item!!!! In my opinion you can’t be selling an item you don’t have?
I have now requested a refund as there is no sign these boots are ever going to arrive! Will never order from here again!

I have to say I had a few minor Hitches…

I have to say I had a few minor Hitches with this company that were resolved quickly...Yesterday I had a email about a pair of boots I had ordered for my husband, they were very apologetic that i had not received them.. i was told in a email they have sent them out on next day delivery..The boots arrived today in 24 hrs, So thank you very much...I was kept constantly informed on the wear-abouts on the boots in the 24 hrs..I'm speaking from my experience and I for one am impressed..I will continue to use this small independent company 😀 👍..

This company is absolutely disgraceful!

This company is absolutely disgraceful. They advertise workwear that they don’t even have in stock, take your money, and then lie to your face about sending the parcel. They are borderline impossible to get a hold of, probably because their phone line is constantly active with complaints. Oh, and did I mention they will refuse refunds. Avoid this company at all costs. The only way I am going to get my refund or my workwear is to end up in court.

Not one for writing a bad review BUT !!

Not one for writing a bad review , but i'm fed up waiting now , made an order for two pairs of hi viz work trousers , one pair arrived but not the other , emailed and got the same response as others on here , only two operatives in the warehouse !! Phoned , and got automated reply ," ALL OUR OPERATORS ARE ON CALLS AT THE MOMENT " No sugar Sherlock ! Are they that busy dealing with irrate customers ? Let me make a suggestion then ! If your automated response is to believed ?? Operative word being here is , "Operators" !! , then why not send one or two to the warehouse and help out your , two warehouse operatives , whom are obviously run off their feet , or perhaps hire more staff , as your orders must be off the scale ?? And therefore making a tidy profit !! Speculate to accumulate !!! You know , i could have , went out and bought the material, saved for two weeks and bought a sewing machine , dug up my dead mother , gave her a jolt of electricity , and set her about the task of making me a pair , and would have probably been a better fit !!Seriously p@##@d off customer !!

Go elsewhere

Made a order online. Expected the order within 3 days it not arrive. Emailed and tried to call no answer. When I did get a response I was advised 10 days however the item hadn’t even been dispatched. However they did refund straight away but very disappointing, would advise to shop elsewhere.

Ordered dunlop boots and pulsa rail…

Ordered dunlop boots and pulsa rail trousers from them spent £180 ish had no response from them about dispatch eventually after waiting 2 weeks had a response to basically say there’s only 2 people in the warehouse and we’re dealing with your order. Eventually my boots were sent out direct from there supplier and I had cancelled the order of my trousers unfortunately the boots don’t fit so I need to send them back I was sent an adress to send too not a pre paid sticker so I’ve got to pay to send them back to get a refund for the boots probably not the postage. Since I have learned my lesson never to use them again I run a buisness I can’t be waiting for weeks on end for kit to arrive for lads I expect 5 days at the longest. Wilson’s will take your money and take forever to get a product to you

I am disgusted

I am disgusted I ordered a pair of ankle length yellow and black buckboots for work before Xmas as a present to myself which I never received! I have emailed on numerous occasions asking for the boots to be delivered over the past month! I have also called their work phone number numerous times to only get an answerphone message replying their is no one available at the moment if you wish to leave a message we will get back to you asap! This has never happened and nobody has ever answered the phone to me! Eventually I get an email telling me the order has been cancelled after waiting nearly a month with no response by phone I am totally disgusted with their behaviour to this customer as they say they are a reputable company! Steer clear of them

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - they are SCAMMERS!

We ordered a pair of rigger boots 17 days ago, no email to advise they have been despatched chased it up via phone (it always says the phone operators are busy) so I left voicemails, emailed them nothing.

Same problem here

Same problem here, ordered some boots and work trousers, a week has passed and no one gave me a tracking no, when you call no one is answering the phone, and e-mail is useless.

I am sorry you felt that your experience was only worthy of one star. From what I can see from your order we sent you a confirmation email at the time of purchase. The boots you ordered have a note on them to advise that shipment takes 5-10 business days at the moment just due to the high demand for them and the fact we are such a small business. I can see your boots were shipped on the 9th working day from order so we were within our advised timeframe for these. We would, of course, like to be shipping things much sooner than this but at the moment we are still running at this dispatch rate.

SHOCKING

Ordered my husband some work wellies, postage said within 3 working days, emailed after 10 days to be told 10 days is the dispatch time. Lots of emails to and from (chasing the order) we finally got them 6 weeks later. Was told constantly they are only a two person team! Well don’t advertise items that you can’t supply in the times you specify! Will never use Wilson’s workwear again!

I am sorry this was your experience - we do have a note on the boots to advise that shipping at the moment is now taking up to 5-10 working days, this has been on these boots for a few months. However, I know that your wait time was still far longer than is acceptable. We advise that we are only a two-person team just to let our customers know that we do not have the same manpower as our much larger competitors and the surge in business we have experienced was unexpected and therefore understaffed for.
