I've been using WCW for around 6 years now. They're a really great team. The couple of times I've read issues with machinery, they've called to trouble shoot and I've managed to fix the issues.

I recently ordered a new RO/DI window…

I recently ordered a new RO/DI window cleaning system from Window Cleaning Warehouse as we’ve added pure water window cleaning as a new service to our business, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish.

The ordering process was straightforward, and the team were incredibly helpful in making sure I got the right setup for my needs. Delivery was quick, and everything arrived exactly as expected.

The quality of the system is excellent, and it’s already making a big difference to our work. You can really tell these guys know their stuff.

Overall, a great company with great service and a great team. Highly recommend to anyone in the industry!

I have chased up this order for you and I do believe one of our team have been in contact with you to resolve this.

Sometimes DPD split up consignments that are deemed 'oversize', in this case it would have been your pole. Usually they follow promptly.

In this case, after contacting DPD they informed us there was a longer delay as the item hadn't received a second scan in the sorting office. We quickly requested that when they locate the missing pole, to return it back to us.

To stop any further delays, we have resent the pole to you, and it should be with you soon.

Stay clear if you value Customer Service.

I purchased an Unger Hydropower Ultra S-Lite with pole package in Nov 2025 as this company WCW had good reviews on TP and they price matched another company advertising at £80 less. Once received I could not open the unit to check if there was a filter. There was clearly an issue, and I contacted WCW for advice. After some major effort, and with the help of another person I managed to open the lid. With such effort there was clearly something wrong and as the filter inside was wet I queried if this was a pre used unit or if a faulty one I had been sent out. I returned the item back for inspection and asked for a partial replacement (pole & brush were fine). After WCM inspected the item, they said that the lid was all fine and the filters are sent out damp, tested from factory. No replacement unit was forthcoming.
As I knew for sure the lid was faulty, I rejected it and asked for a refund if they would not exchange the faulty unit.
They offered only a partial refund (as they said I’d used it) as the filter was wet! contradicting their previous information and they would also deduct a 20% restock fee!.
Knowing this was not right I contacted Unger UK who were very helpful and confirmed that filter bags do come out damp to customers. Also, there was a known fault with a few of their lids having thread misalignment during production and where these are identified then they worked with the customer/suppliers to replace these.
At no time did WCW make any effort to check this or work with the customer to resolve the problem.
I emailed WCW after this information from Unger to work with them - no reply.
At this stage I had already contacted my Credit card provider to formally reject the purchase and after two months Barclaycard confirmed I won my claim and the order was cancelled. Two months of messing about sorting this out.
Buyer beware. This company may be fine with orders when there are no problems, but you find the true value when there is an issue and how they respond to customers.
I shall now be ordering the same unit (I still want an Unger) from the original company I found online (whom I had also discussed my issue with and were very helpful) and who appear to have a far better understanding of customer service.
I don't normally write reviews, but I was so disgusted by my treatment from this company that I felt this needed saying. I would award no Stars but TP does not enable this.

From the point you contacted us, our team supported you throughout with guidance on the Hydropower unit and arranged for the item to be returned so it could be inspected.

We also contacted the manufacturer for advice regarding the points raised, including the condition of the filter bag and the head assembly. As confirmed by Unger, filter bags can arrive damp due to factory testing, which can be normal on new units.

Following inspection, the unit was assessed as serviceable. As you requested a return rather than proceeding with the product, we advised the return would be handled in line with our returns policy and Terms & Conditions, which state that a restocking fee may apply on returned items and that deductions may be made where an item is not returned in a resalable condition.

We appreciate that you later obtained further input from Unger UK regarding a small number of lids that may have had thread alignment issues. Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we work with the manufacturer to resolve it appropriately.

We apologise for the frustration caused, and wish you all the best in the future.
