Very poor products, I have had 2 uni valves in 4 months.
Customer service is very poor also, making me jump through lots of hoops,I'm sure to put me off taking it any further. I will not be using this company anymore.

Just to clarify a few things here. You provided us with images and video of how your univalves were installed, and these were forwarded to exceed, the manufacturer of the univalve, and they came back with the diagnosis of the univalves being incorrectly installed.
Our customer service then kindly offered you a free return so you could send back your univalve that was still in warranty. Our team would have then inspected the univalve for any defects and either offered a repair or replacement free of charge. I must commend our customer service team here for following the correct protocols we have in place. As with any retailer, if you have an issue with their products, returning the item back to where you purchased it is standard practice, and wouldn't be described as jumping through hoops.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to assist with any item defects unless the items get returned to us through the appropriate channels. That being said, the offer for you to return the univalve still stands, please get in contact with our team if you need any assistance setting this up.

A great company to deal with, and even though they missed an item from my original order, they got it sent out fast when they were notified.
Products are great so far.

Just un boxed my Unger water fed pole what a amazing kitt windows and facias look very clean I plus cleaned my window frames I took me a hour to do the Lott it used to take me three hours getting up and down ladders the windows are sparkle I did my research on this it took me a long time to choose butt Iam glad I brought this kitt and the company I brought it from delivery on time great company ie they are not cheap by god they are worth it

Hi Gary, thank you for your review. After looking into your order I have identified what may not have lived up to your expectation.
Firstly, you placed the order on the 9th at 10.08pm and selected the delivery option "Same Day Despatch - Before 3:00pm"
We are not open 24/7, our offices close at 5pm Mon-Fri and our couriers do not work through the night Therefore your order was processed and dispatched on the morning of the 10th and you received the item on the 11th.
Our shipping policy clearly states that the Same Day Despatch option is for orders before 3pm. Therefore your order fell outside of this timeframe.
I have to commend our warehouse staff for processing your order promptly the morning after your order, and for DPD to fulfil it's delivery the next day. We have honoured and met our expected obligations in regards to our policies on this occasion.
I can only apologise that this did not meet your expectations, and recommend that you read our shipping terms in full to save any confusion on your next order.

No longer my 1st supplier.rubbish customer service
Use to be my go to for the last number of years. Recent order was delivered. In bad condition.. stuff all over the place bad packaging (all loose) and one part didn't work. The contents wasn't signed and checked like it always use to be.
I called,no answer
I left Wats app no answer
I emailed no reply..
I tried FB no answer
I got completely ignored ..
Delivery is still fast but the care and after service is rubbish. NOT THE COMPANY IT USE TO BE ..
It's now not my go to bit my back up if I can't get it anywhere else. Or really cheap.
So be cautious..

I HAVE NOW SPOKEN TO A MEMBER OF STAFF AFTER CALLING ME AND THE COMPANY HAS APOLOGISED AND CORRECTED ALL THE ISSUES SO WELL DONE FOR THAT . ATLEAST PROBLEMS WAS ADMITTED AND PUT RIGHT

Regarding your o-clips not being secured adequately. You are absolutely correct, these could have been packaged better, and your feedback has been passed down to the dispatch team.
You then reached out to our customer service team, and you didn't receive a response and for that we apologise. After my investigation, I saw your email to us unfortunately went to our spam folder. Although rare, this can happen, and so our team were unaware of your email. With our whatsapp live chat, we recommend to customers to type 'talk to a human' as this will open up a ticket log with one of our team, and they should promptly reply.
We would never deliberately ignore a customer, so we apologise for the series of events that led to your message being overlooked.
I do believe one of our team has been in touch with you and have resolved all the issues you had. So I'm confident I can mark this ticket as resolved.

Folks a little piece of friendly advice! Allow negative reviews on your products, don't just upload the positive reviews. If a review is honest and factual then you need to allow it. Customers need to trust what they see and this kind of behaviour from a company is quite disgusting. It's stopped me purchasing from Window Cleaning Warehouse as i just have zero confidence in what im buying!
Update: 30th April 2025. Tom at Window Cleaning Warehouse kindly gave me a call today and explained the situation with regards reviews on the site and made things much clearer to me and how it all works. It was really good to hear from him and he actually restored my confidence, it was very informative and very helpful. The fact Window Cleaning Warehouse actually contacted me about this and didn't just ignore or reply with the usual old tired explanation was so appreciated.
