Jim Loder , the consultant gave me a fair price for the 7 windows & sliding glass door. The install crew were very polite and went over & above of getting the new door in under very tight conditions. Cleaned up after.

The crew showed up within stated time frame. They did a good job on removing the old windows and installing the new ones. They cleaned up the mess they made. Impressed with pride they took doing their jobs.

The people working for you are wonderful and also love our new windows. We had an issue with 2 of them and they were ordered and replaced in a timely manner. When we first had our window's installed we were promised a $100 gift card. We just figured it was a Visa or Mastercard gift card. It was for some Restaurant scam. We tried and tried to use the supposed gift card and became more frustrated the more we tried. Also, showing restaurants that are a distance from us so not sure what type of agreement you have with them but it's a big waste.

Installer arrived during specified time, was very professional, kept the entire work area clean, kept me posted as to the status. When he left, you never would have know he was there, entire work area, inside and out was cleaned up.

The men were here at 8 am and were done at noon! They did a great job adding a door to my basement to outside and a door to the back of my garage ! They look great and I’m happy to feel safe again!

From the salesman Ryan to the installers, this was a first class operation all the way. Our house is 85 years old. We wanted the new windows to look like the old ones, and they do! These don’t look like replacement windows. The installers did a few small touches to make a big difference!! Would recommend the whole outfit.

They did all 15 windows in just a short time. They look really great and no air coming through. Did a great job.

Our salesman Josh D was our first introduction to Window Nation (WN). What a great company representative - He was pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was very low-key, with no high-pressure sales tactics. He answered our questions (and we had LOTS), gave us ample time to consider all possibilities, and provided multiple ways in which we could achieve our window replacement goals. He reviewed options such as a staged procedure vs an all-in-one install and how each of those options would work for us. The quality, warranty, financing options and an in-house install team combined to make our decision an easy one. We chose to have all 35 windows replaced by WN.
Our windows were installed 10 days earlier than anticipated, and the install crew not only lived up to Josh's promises, they exceeded them. Dustin, Aaron, Steve & Mike were timely, professional, highly skilled, and extremely conscientious about respecting our property. Additionally, they demonstrated wonderful teamwork. The camaraderie and respect between the four of them was a pleasure to witness. They all clearly love what they do and it shows. Dustin frequently checked in with us to ask if we saw any issues or had any questions or concerns. They did a great job cleaning up as they went. Lou stopped by as an extra set of eyes to check in with us and help the install team by delivering the rest of the windows they couldn't fit in their truck that morning.
We received follow-up phone calls from Josh and from Window Nation to confirm the install and the windows met our expectations.
The best part - the windows!!! Our home is AMAZINGLY snug and so quiet!!
