The repair guy was polite, professional, and fixed our issue quickly. He also explained what he was doing, which I always appreciate.

I hired this company because I thought the salesperson was very respectful, honest and informative. The person taking the measurements was thorough. I e signed all the documents, asked for a copy and never got them. I wasn't allowed to read them as I was signing; I was told what it said and that I would get a copy emailed to me. I never got a copy. I was told I HAD to have smoke detector installed in my house in order for it to pass code. My windows were for the porch. I was only told AFTER I signed the documents. When I called to inquire about it, the person in the office said I already had a contract with them and could not get out of it. That wasn't my desire. I wanted to talk to my county to see if that was a county rule or a company rule. She said it didn't matter; I already signed the contract. She said If I was to get printed proof that the county/city didn't require it, then they won't install them. I didn't get a call to confirm installation, the installer just showed up. They were great. Hard working, pleasant and very careful, neat, clean. One window didn't have a screen, and one window broke right after they left. The installers came right back when I called them. They put in a repair order. I thought they would be back the same day to fix. I made several calls. Got transferred several times. Everyone ended their call with I'll get back to you. I waited a week and never heard from anyone. I received an email from the financial services regarding the loan and to begin signing off on that. I said the job wasn't complete and I am not happy. The financial company was from a completely different country, and I couldn't understand them. They were asking me details for my social security number, my date of birth, etc. I became very uncomfortable. I began calling around again. I finally got to a gal who answered all my concerns. She told me the parts were ordered. I have a tentative repair day in Nov but nothing confirmed until the parts actually come in. I tried to get a hold of the salesperson through text messaging and no response. I got an email stating the inspection needs to be scheduled. I responded twice with the work is not complete, do not send anyone over for the inspection. I have not heard from anyone since. I like the windows. I'm very disappointed with the follow through/up and probably would not recommend this company or use them again to do any other windows. I just received an email stating my inspection is no longer valid. I fear this company has left me stranded with no communication, not all working windows and no connection to the financial services in order to get everything cleared up. I chose this company because I was told that everyone works for the company. The ppl in the office making the appointments, the salesperson, the installers are employees, not contract workers, the finance is in house. The office is in Baline so I thought I was dealing with someone local.

From start to finish it was great! My sales rep was very informative. The person that came out to measure was very accurate and the installers were great!

1st crew on first 3 windows were fine. some of the caulking could have better. 2nd crew on second 2 windows also did a good job I guess. Their could have been better though. The wife had to clean up outside below where they were working. I don't need a nail in the foot or in my lawnmower tire.

My windows are not functioning and the service is abominable there seems to be no recognition that windows that don’t close are a danger. I wish I had never bought these windows and will let everyone I know that the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. The service scheduler seems to think there is no urgency to get the windows repaired. When I called I was told someone would get back to me to schedule a repair in three to five business day. When someone did get in touch the service was not scheduled for two weeks. Then the repair person didn’t have the materials he needed and it has been two more weeks with still repair scheduled.

Everything was fine except the screen did not have a latch or keeper. A Tech was sent over but didn’t have the right parts. He said he would return. Instead I got a Voice Mail saying the door doesn’t come with a screen latch ! Wrong ! I was sold a new door with screen locking device and now they’re telling me this ??!! No !! This needs to be addressed !!!

Install team was very good. Worked hard and got it completed same day. Cleaned up any installation debris. I would recommend highly. Sales team secured a good price for the project. Well done. Would also recommend. Thx

I would give zero stats if possible!!! Hours and hours on the phone to get to someone to help. Seems everyone wants to blame someone else.
DO NOT USE WINDOW NATION!!!!!

The after initial installation service is bad! It should not take three months or better for a window company to change out hardware on a new window.

I think the windows are OK, but feel that it is too early to judge this based on our weather. The thing I don't like is the cheap screens with no way to lock them. Had I known about the screen issue and also about having many incorret windows (5 in total) that were installed with the wrong finsh on the inside, I would have considered another supplier

Customer service is very bad. Phone calls to the number provided are a nightmare. You cannot reach anyone local.
Not happy with color match (?) it’s not even close.
Installers were GREAT!

Installed in 4 months previous with installer noting no receiver for screens but screens not available until 2 months later and the technician installing could not place since no receiver for screen clips. He made report but nobody listened. I contacted customer service and was transferred X3 and was told the technician would get back to us. He comes backnear 2 months later and says we have a problem with no screen clips- nothing was done with previous reports, my call. So now 4+ months out and still no plan for this problem. Would not recommend this company.

I had such a great experience! The team that came to install my windows really knew what they were doing. They were very professional and nice. The lead person (sorry I don't remember his name) explained what he was doing. I'm very curious.
The windows are great and the Flex Screens or so easy to put in and take out.
I really love these windows. The only thing I did not like, it rained the day after they were installed. :)
