The windows are just like the sales man showed us. We had to wait about 6 or 7 weeks to get them. Not happy with the installation. Waiting for some one to come out and check them. The staff and work... See more

The quality of the windows are excellent. And every worker that came to our house was wonderful and polite.

I had two windows installed on 8-15-25, so last Friday. Immediately that evening I noticed a gab in one window where I can see light from outside. One screen is not tight and the caulking is either missing or looks terrible. I received a call yesterday morning (Monday) to discuss the window issues. I decided I would inform them also about the encounter I had with the contractor as well. He was arguing politics with me and harassed my delivery person. Absolutely unexceptable! There is much more detail about this encounter that I did relay to the WN employee that called me yesterday morning. I have yet to receive a call from WN in response to scheduling for the necessary window fixes or about my complaint regarding the contractors behavior. I decided to call a little bit ago to see when they are coming to fix the issues, I was put on hold for about 10 minutes so I hung up. Everything is UNEXCEPTABLE! I definitely would never choose this company again, or recommend them!

Wrong window was ordered for replacement. The guy that was here was going to order the correct side window. Haven’t heard anything back yet on that replacement. Could you please check?

They were not honest about window inserts, and now almost one year later we have no trim on our windows and may have to replace these terrible windows, I would rate a zero if that were an option!

Windows they installed were lower quality than what the salesman brought to show me. Installation was really bad, sloppy and sharp edges. I called so many times over a period of several weeks. I finally called the salesman and they agreed to send someone to inspect them, after the city inspector refused to approve them. Hopefully they’ll fix them now!

The team was on time. Worked very hard. Explained well. Very courteous. We love our windows. Only glitch is the patio door - but that is a manufacture error and hope to have resolved soon.

The installers did a wonderful job installing our windows and our patio door. They were efficient, pleasant, and professional. They did a fantastic job with cleanup. I would recommend them to anyone. We have already had compliments on our new windows and our door. Thank you for a wonderful job Window Nation.

Our custom windows were ready very quickly and installed in just one day. Our house is over 100 years old, and the installers took the time to properly level and fit the windows in a building with lots of settling and uneven window frames.
Our sales consultant was also extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He reached out the week before our scheduled installation to let us know he was available to answer questions or bring any concerns to him.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend Window Nation.

The experience was great with Window Nation. Salesman was great and was upfront with me the whole time. Communication was also good and we received updates weekly. It was about a 9 week turnaround time from when we signed to when we had our windows installed. 12 windows and reframe were done in one day with a large crew. The only thing I was disappointed in was unfinished trim on all my windows. Maybe it was in the fine print, but I thought all my trim would be sanded and painted for the 28.9K I paid. Still a good experience and we love our new windows.

Your sales person Calvin was the best. I hope you’re paying him well in order to keep him the install was good except that they played their music a little too loud. I live in a HOA and they are picky. Sorry I had a great experience with Window nation. Give Calvin a raise. He’s in Minnesota.
