The windows are just like the sales man showed us. We had to wait about 6 or 7 weeks to get them. Not happy with the installation. Waiting for some one to come out and check them. The staff and work... See more

Reagan was very upfront about the sales process, the costs involved, and what options we had. She also went to great lengths to match the color of the new windows to the existing windows in our house, even though they were a different brand. The timetable was spot on from the time that we made the original purchase until the time the windows were installed. We got emails and status along the way, letting us know where the process was, and the installers did an excellent job and managed to get everything finished almost to the minute to when they said they were going to have it done. All we’re waiting on now is a call regarding the permits for the final inspection.

The technician saw the issue/condensation and when he spoke with his supervisor. The entire narrative changed. He didn’t fixed the issue but wanted us to keep my little child door open. Two out of the six windows in less than a year is having leak/issue and they’re refusing to fix it. The technician told me that his supervisor was going to reach out to me but up to present, he hasn’t. This is terrible and I will reach out to the city of Anoka about this. Come and see the condensation again this morning. It’s just 42 degree outside . What will happen tomorrow or when it gets cooler? They said they were doing an investigation, up to present, no one has gotten back to me. I even have pictures for the condensation this morning.

You fixed part of the problem and have promised to come back and finish the job. I’m going to hold off until the repairs are completed.

I am disappointed that it took 3 weeks just to get an wty appointment. Once I got someone to come out the window was ordered and replaced with no additional problems.

From the ordering process from Calvin to the info sent regarding the ongoing status of our order to the installers everything was amazing. Communication was great and well done by Window Nation.

Great service from salesman to installers, to office personnel and the high quality windows

Ever since the first install there was nothing but problems with WN. Lack of responding, lack of following through, lack of getting the job done correctly, lack of communication, lack of being true to their word. Initial install was a few years ago, they did such a horrible job, they had to come back and redo both windows. Then back again to have one of the windows shut correctly, then back again recently to have one of the windows lock.

Our windows are less than two years old...have had the company here multiple times for repairs. Windows allow water inside, condensation and icing in the winter now screens needing replacement. issues every season since purchased.

Extremely low quality windows. Double pane not triple pane as promised. The welds are poorly fit together and they used flat stickers as quarter round when installing to hide the edges. The windows do not match each other and the drip edge outside was angled toward my home so all water runs into the house and causes water damage. The screens came broken and are cheap plastic pieces. Not something you’d expect when paying $3-4k per window. They offered a discount but then charged full price anyways after it was installed.

I had a bid with a contract for a new door, put half of the money down had the final measurement done by them. It was for a custom build for me and got a call from Jack Herbs telling me Window nation is not making enough money and cancels my order. Why I told him I wanted it custom built. Why canceling is needed I don't know.

Nothing has gone right since I signed the contract with the salesman. They called to set up the install, but never showed up. When I called them to see why I was told my windows were sent to another state and didn't bother to cancel the installation date. They called me again and set a other installation date. They sent 6 men who couldn't speak English. They ripped out all the windows. Once they installed the first window, I realized it was only double paned instead of triple paned which is what I ordered. I told them they were the wrong windows, but they couldn't understand me. Being I had holes in my walls the only choice was to install them. When they installed the patio doors, they couldn't get the locks to work. They were also supposed to wrap my garage service door which never happened. They left me with dirty windows, patio doors that wouldn't latch, hand prints all over my walls and dirty carpets. When I called to report that I got the wrong windows customer service argued with me saying I had only ordered double pane windows. I finally convinced them to look over the contract. They realized I received the wrong windows. They ordered more windows so I had to wait again. They called and said that my new windows had come in and they set, yet, another installation date. The guy came out. 2 of the windows were the correct size. The 3rd window was the correct size, but the locks didn't line up. The 4th window was a small crank out. It should have been a larger slider window. They also sent the wrong hardware for the patio doors. At this point, I only have 2 correct windows, an unwrapped service door and patio doors that don't lock. Now they have to order 2 more windows and the correct hardware for the doors. I doubt they will wrap the service door even though it's in the contract. This has been going on since April and they still haven't resolved my issues.

Orderd 2 picture windows July 8th sales man showed my his window and the special caulk piece that goes around window at time of install and thar they don't use spray foam . Windows came in but the special trim coil color that was needed because my house was just sided took weeks to get in so two guys show up that can't speak a word of English I asked to see the trim coil to make sure it matched .. he gives me his phone and they guy said he was picking it up but they were having difficulty finding it ? So he shows up and Saud they orderd the wrong size coil wrap so they put the windows in wrapped them with white for a temporary fix a week or so later they called and said coil was in and they would be over Saturday to finish job well they only orderd enough trim coil for 1 window so now I am still waiting on them to come back again to finish this nightmare they also used spray foam around windows because of no gasket when the window was put in place there was at least an inch of open space at the top I have pictures so they shimmed it up to make it fit

Everything turned out great. Love the new windows. Had a bit of a hiccup but it all worked out. I’ll be calling back when I’m ready to do the rest of the house. Thank you so much. 😊

I was given a stellar informational demo from the sales representative. I was shown what I was lead to believe was an amazing installation with thick screens that would withstand a rambunctious cat with claws as standard practice. The cat proof screen was the sale!!! I was disappointed to find that I was misled.... the screen I was shown was not what was put into my over 5 thousand dollar purchase.. it took over 4 months to get the screen mesh I was promised and not 1 person has reached out with an apology or explanation...I do NOT RECOMMEND WINDOW NATION
