I ordered a Magnum of wine and a selection of 6 bottles of red (Simply Red). Both are for gifts.
I was disappointed the 6 bottles did not come in their own box. I now have to go in search of something I can put them in to give them to the intended recipient, six loose bottle or six bottles in a box that doesn't belong to them depreciates the overall effect significantly.

I thought I was buying 2012 vintage. That was what was advertised.
I got 2016. Made my issue known to Customer Service through On-line Chat Service. Was dealt with courteously and professionally. Take a bow Will Mullin!!
It wont stop me buying again , but it will make me ask questions before I do purchase again.

They have a good variety of packages or just individual bottles of wine and offer both national and internationaldelivery service. Worked very well for me and delivered as promised. Would definitely use them again as it took all the hassle out of saying thank you to someone in another country.
