I've ordered from WineOnline a couple of times now and the customer service is second to none. Any queries I had were answered immediately and Will was great for recommending different types of wines and gifts.
Great service to use especially if you are living abroad.

With the cost of postage added, I found this product, although it was what I wanted, to be a bit expensive for what it is.

I have used wine online regularly over the last 3 years.
On the most recent occasion and previously 6 bottles of the chosen wine were not available.

Because of delays caused previously when waiting for the chosen wine, the missing wine was substituted.

I was also told by Will at Wineonline, that I would receive a €30 voucher for my next purchase and unfortunately this has not materialised.

I purchased the wine as a 50th birthday gift - it still hasn't arrived, over a week later!
Not happy.

Very rarely if ever disappointed with the wine and Will is great to bounce suggestions off and recommend wines for certain occasions which doesn't necessarily mean the most expensive. I don't really buy any wine from the big stores anymore.

The Winesonline company is excellent when it comes to delivery efficiency. However I was disappointed with the Calla Pinot Grigio. Hard to see why it won an award. No effort was made to replace them.
Since I wrote that review Will of Wones on Line has offered to replace the wines or refund. All good. The other wines I bought were excellent and enjoyed by my guests.
