Well I can only comment on my own…
Well I can only comment on my own experience of trying to order from this company for the first time. I had an order in my basket and when I went to checkout the price of one of the products in my order had increased substantially. I did not proceed with the order at that point and instead sent a message to the company about my issue through their contact us section.
Two days later and I still have not received any reply from them. Not a good way to treat any customers, especially new customers.
Bad customer service...
Does not comply the 3 business days delivery!!! If you buy 1 bottle of wine they deliver it 5 business days! If you buy 2 bottles they deliver it in 2 days.

missing box of wine ... second time
This is the second time recently that I have bought wine on this site. Each time I have bought two boxes of twelve bottles, one box of red and one box of white and each time I have received only one of the boxes. On both occasions I have not received any calls or emails to explain why only one box was delivered or where the other box is.
I will have to ring again today to find out where the other box is.
This is not an acceptable customer service. They are very quick to take your money but not so quick to deliver the service or follow up on service issue.
I will have to possibly buy elsewhere in the future

I ordered late for a Saturday delivery (My fault) but was promised it would be delivered the following Tuesday (Mon. was a bank holiday) and the delivery would be personally seen to. Unfortunately it was not delivered until Wednesday and despite sending an email on Tuesday evening I got a reply on Wednesday stating they courier was being chased. As it turns out this was after the delivery had been made. No further contact from anybody at wineOnline. This experience makes me wary of doing so again as it would appear that once the order is placed the customer if forgotten about.
