Great customer service
I called your office to find out about the train tour of Central Europe and from the onset Lauren was very informative and helpful in setting us up for the trip in September. I needed to make a few amendments on the proposed tour which Lauren handled it extremely well.

Used Wingbuddy three times already…
We have used Wingbuddy for three vacations and the experience has been great. From being picked up at airports or train stations, dropped off at hotels, and excursions included or free time to do your own excursions... Breakfasts included and good locations of hotels for experiencing the sites...

Wing Buddy is a reliable Canadian company that I have used before. I would recommend them to friends and family. The planning process is simpified and they follow through from booking to travel experience. I appreciate the fast response to my emails and questions. Alina was so helpful. I was able to customize my trip by adding days and specific activities at reasonable cost. WingBuddy great holiday options at good cost value, and just the right amount of planning. They are a Company I trust.I love the freedom tours that offer structured flexible prebooked travel, transport and hotel, a point person on arrival, your clear but relaxed itinerary and flexibility, and freedom to experience your holiday on your own- unless they are needed. They really do think of everything. I like the quality and location of the hotel selections, the every day breakfast and seemless transfers. From easy booking links, customization, seamless travel transitions, from Venice to Florence and Rome, smooth planning from start to finish. We added 3 days and are treating ourselfs to a day trip to Pompei. Its hard to beat on experience and cost. Alina provided Friendly helpful service. I am back again, second trip.

Poor customer service.
There was an overcharge on my trip when booked. Nobody would addressed the issue and just kept saying send an email. This is my third trip I booked with Wingbuddy and I would have hoped that they would have better customer service and corrected this promptly.
