Awfull customer support
Last week I subscribed to this company, and another company related to financial instruments. Was on the same day, actually. I am struggling with both platforms, and I asked for help with customer support. The other companies, after one email, saw that still i am confused and they made one booking session on Zoom, and one guy explain in 15 min, everything about that platform. The same experience asking for help at customer support with this company was something that i never find until now. This guy, Ray Foreman, send 4 emails, in which he scolded me, that I am aggressive, and I will not realize anything with my tone, but he didn't respond to my problem. I specify from the first email, that I have a problem with the setup file, instead help me with this install, he scolded me, and teach me how to be calm, and is not his fault about the knowledge of PC of his customers. I am a degree in psychology, and i know how to build a website in HTML, I know to work in SPSS, to build a database in SQL, but this guy gives me lessons for mindfulness. This i asked for him, not technical support for the setup file.
