I received excellent communication from Winx and the shorts arrived sooner than expected. They appear to be of excellent quality and have proved to be extremely comfortable on several long rides. I would buy them again and buy from Winx again.

Purchased the Ride ready moto pants last summer and by the end of the season, the color had faded so badly, they were half yellow. Contacted the company and they said that because the pants were'nt dammaged during shipping or broken, company essentally said too bad, even though it's clearly a manufacturing issue. Instead of replacing the pants, they offered me a discount so I could by more stuff from them. Right. Not going to happen. Not very expensive, but there's a reason for that.

I have ordered products from this company twice.
I should have learned after the first experience to no do further business with this company.

Their shipping and tracking of orders is useless. They say it has shipped, but it hasn't. It's always "waiting for carrier dropoff." Emails to customer service are returned fairly promptly with the same canned empty promise responses that you get every single time you reach out to them. They are "concerned" and they have "assigned a personal customer service rep" to your issue to make sure things get "resolved." It's all hooey.

First time around, they took so long to get me the bicycle pants I ordered that I went ahead and bought a pair from a local store. When I tried to return the pair that eventually showed up, they made it so INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT and expensive that it wasn't worth returning. Second time around they told me the product shipped even though the USPS said they NEVER got the package. A week of back and forth with Winx and I get a "personal message from the CEO" indicating that their product is so popular that they are out of stock of what I ordered. This is AFTER they sent me the tracking number that never actually worked and AFTER I traded emails with "customer service" multiple times where they confirmed that they didn't have the product in stock and hadn't actually shipped it (despite having charged my card) and weren't sure when it would ship. I told them to cancel the order. The response from "customer service" was that they had already shipped the item and i'd have to go through their return process to get a refund. This was AFTER they told me they didn't have any stock and that it HAD NOT shipped. THEY REALLY REALLY DO NOT HAVE A GRASP OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY unless you are willing to deal with incompetent customer service, delayed shipments, a pretty much untenable return policy and outright lies.

UPDATE: Winx customer service reached out and offered to provide me with a significant percentage refund try to make things right and make it so that I do not have to hassle with a return. The refund is contingent on the adding this updated review. When I get the refund I will happily update this review again.

FINAL UPDATE: It took 5 days for the credit to process. During those 5 days, they bugged me every day to update my review and change the rating bases solely on the partial refund. I told them, repeatedly, that I would update my review as soon as I had the refund on my credit card but they still bugged me daily. The partial refund came through so i'm changing the experience from one to two stars BUT only because they issued a partial refund. The whole experience was not good and still not deserving of a better rating but since I said I would bump it up I am. I would still recommend NOT doing business with this company.

I got it around one month ago. I really like it because it's so comfortable and more practical with lots of pockets. Even I recommended it to two of my colleagues at work. It's straight and stretchy that the reason I like it. I think to buy another colour too. Looking forward to get best offer.

I ordered 3 pairs of the motorcycle pants, 2 large and one small. The 2 larges are different sizes, one pair fits and the other exact same size is too small. The small size length is as long as the large so of the 3 pairs I ordered only one fits. The length is barely long enough and the waist is way too big too.
Belt loops are barely stiched on and too small to fit most belts.
Would be good pants if they paid more attention to these extremely important details.
EDIT… in the response from Winx below they said they sent me an email and want to resolve the problem but that is NOT TRUE.
I’m stuck with 2 pairs of pants that are not properly made. Buy from Amazon, at least you can return products there.

I’m not one to often leave reviews unless I really love a product, but my wife surprised me with the black riding pants 👖 that have the padding and I have to say that not only do you feel safer riding with them, but they are comfortable and look good! I highly recommend them anyone who’s looking for a stylish pair of pants that will feel great and protect your lower half!

I have bought from Winx 3 times now always with good customer service, I had bought a pair of khaki trousers and so comfortable. So I bought a pair of trousers for my husband and had to get a larger size - great response and I had them exchanged without fuss. I liked his denim ones so much I ordered another pair for myself in the denim. Great fit and comfortable so set now for more riding.

I did receive my order and although spring arrives later here in Ontario Canada, I did try the pants out the other day on a chilly ride.
First off, the fit is really great. Better than most regular jeans that I get at the store. While on the bike, the feel is very comfortable. The legs didn't ride up on me and there was no binding in the crotch or seat. I like the snap closure on the pockets and the side pockets. The triple belt loops on the back of the pants is a very nice touch also. I would highly recommend these riding pants

I just love these pants! Ive been riding for over 50 years and this is the most comfortable pair of riding pants ive ever worn! I will be buying another pair very soon! The pants streach in all the right places and covers my riding boots and they dont float up whil riding. great pants!!

After I received my pants I tried them on and they weren’t a great fit. I reached out to Winx and they responded very quickly and made it right. Great customer service.

This was my second order with Winx Wheels and got a My order first order was delivered as promised, and was just as easy to install. I am waiting on my second order to arrive but I'm sure the promise will continue and my interaction with this company will continue to exceed my expectations.

They claim to guarantee tracking of the product. They claim they delivered it to USPS but the tracking number has stated awaiting package from the day they created it. I never received my goods, they have not shipped replacement goods and they have refused to refund my money. they have a word for taking someone's money without providing what you promise: FRAUD or THEFT. They took my money and gave me nothing in return.

This was my second order with Winx Wheels and got a great discount for being a return costumer! My order was delivered in a timely maner and in great condition!!!

Easy website to order, got my order within week, coming into Canada, had a few questions they answered back the next day and resolving my issues. The shorts look like excellent quality. Looking forward to trying them out. Also free gift of air seat cover to go along with it. Awesome

I ordered a pair of riding pants from winx wheels on 2/27/24 and my credit card was charged $99. I have not received them yet and I called to complain last week but I have not heard back from them yet.
I have gotten a quick response from Janelle at Winx Wheels and she said she would resolve the problem right away.

These Jeans ROCK!! Everything you could ever want in a pair of protective clothing. I must add I have a total of 8 pairs. Winx Wheels I'll look forward to continuing my future purchases.

As a new customer to winxwheels, first of all I would like to say thank you for the quality of the pants. These things fit me great. Actually better than my regular jeans that I wear. The fit is right, the comfort is right, and I will actually wear them for more than just riding. They are going to be everyday jeans.

Winxwheel motorcycle product are comfortable. As long as you find your right fit on your purchase.
Basically their product are good but there customer service is very poor. You cannot talk to them directly ... I left 4 phone messages and at least 6-8 Email messages because I wanted to return and change my Aramid motorcycle pant that were too small... (They had told me that the size were identical has the Ride ready motorcycle pants but they are not). And now I'm stuck with a pair of pant that is to small and no news from them ...I'm very disappointed in Winxwheel. They seem to care about them FIRST and than you the customer in second...

Again, products are good and comfortable but customer service is POOR !

That is why I change my 5 Stars ratting for a 3 Stars ratting. Customer service is the foundation of any companies and the customer interaction should be a priority !

Winx Wheels product are made of good and comfortable quality material. I purchase the Medium size motorcycle pants and was amazed by the comfort I experience wairing them. I liked them so much that I ordered a second pair... I decided to go for the size Small, because even if the Medium fit me well I felt the knee padding were not being perfectly aligned with my knees. The pair of Small fit me even better... like a pair of glove ! I totally recommend them. Just take the time to analyses and get the proper size. I've been riding since I am 17 years old, and wish I would have come across those pants before... Also for size reference, I'm 5,5 feet, 150-155 lbs.

Will and his full support staff have been very efficient in dealing with any minor problems I have had, the response has always been swift and accommodating, whilst we all know there are alternatives in this electronic age I feel you cannot beat being able to deal direct with a helpful member of the team, I am happy with not only the product supplied in a timely fashion but more so the service which is over and above comparable businesses, for a young company I can only wish Will and the team every success going forward ten out of ten, Marty,Perth.
