It’s a typical gambling operation with a low entry cost. I can’t see any details of the odds of winning a bike, but given the entry cost:bike price ratio, the odds must be in the region of 1:4500 at best. Some money does go to good causes so I suppose you can console yourself with that thought when you don’t win.

Each draw has a clearly stated ticket cap at the top of the prize gallery, and you can also see the number of tickets sold in real time on the website. That way, you know exactly what the odds are before you decide to enter.
We also pride ourselves on keeping entry costs low, giving riders the chance to win high-value bikes that many wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford. On top of that, every draw helps raise funds for fantastic causes — something we’re really proud of.
We completely understand that not everyone will win, but we’re glad to give the cycling community an exciting and affordable way to take part, with full transparency throughout.

A really disappointing experience as the following email I sent to WYDB explains: -
'Re: - Order #********(21 August 2025)
It would appear the sum of £1.95 has been deducted TWICE from my bank account when it should only be a single £1.95! Accordingly I'd be grateful if you could refund to me £1.95. I would add that when I purchased the ticket it took an inordinately long time to process the payment to the point I was under the impression that perhaps it hadn't gone through, there being no immediate confirmation as such. When an email from you did eventually come through, quite sometime later, it gave the impression the payment was yet to confirm, which apparently wasn't so, hence the duplication of payment via a link in the response, itself misleading! I must say it doesn't create a good impression for me and perhaps you can explain what's gone on?

I did get a response a few days later advising there'd been an issue with the (new) payment portal and as such I was to be refunded the duplicated payment and was given three free complimentary entry tickets, which was appreciated. I'd like to think this company is legitmate however I can't really recommend at least for the moment on the basis of my this experience, which has certainly undermined my confidence in buying any further tickets!

We’ve already processed a refund of the £1.95 taken in error, which should appear back in your account within the next few working days. As a further apology for the inconvenience, we’ve also issued you a code to use for additional tickets in this draw.
After looking into it, it seems our third-party payment gateway (Viva) experienced a crash during your transaction, which unfortunately caused the duplicate payment. While our system only shows one charge, the gateway error resulted in the second deduction.
We’re very sorry for the frustration this caused and for the delay in replying. We’re always working on improving our systems to make sure this kind of thing doesn’t happen again.

I recently brought tickets for the bianchi oltre (about 2 months ago) it’s never been drawn neither has the other bikes I brought tickets for?
I don’t understand how it works maybe they aren’t being clear or I just don’t get it?
The other week was the Tour de France bikes up as prizes however only one bike was raffled?
I hope the site isint a scam but I am starting to wonder

To clarify how our draws work: as outlined on our website and regularly explained by Chris during our live draws, each competition features a selection of bikes to choose from. When you enter, you’re selecting the specific bike you’d love to win – however, all entries go into a single draw, from which one overall winner is randomly selected. This format is similar to many other prize competition sites.
At the top of each draw page, you’ll find the ticket cap and full details of the prize options available. Once you purchase a ticket, you receive a confirmation email which includes your entry details and the end date of the draw you’ve entered.
We also have a comprehensive FAQ section and a “How It Works” page on our website, which further explains the process.

Great competition website
I’ve made a couple of entries on the website, obviously in the forlorn hope that by some miracle of luck ( which has so far eluded me in my life ) I might actually “win my dream bike”
I’m not in a position to keep up with jones’ ( my riding buddies ) so while they’re all on new fancy bikes with disc brakes and hidden cables , I’m still riding an aluminium warhorse with more cables sticking out of it than Sputnik.
The website is easy to use and the tickets are very reasonably priced , you even get to choose which specific bicycle you’d like to win if you’re lucky enough to be selected by whatever Adam missing algorithm does the random selection. That much of the proceeds go to charity is just a wonderful by product of running competitions such as this and that’s probably a good enough reason to play even if your chances of winning are as slim and remote as mine. I’m going a 102 mile charity ride for veterans in September and cycling & charity work do seem to go hand in hand so it’s easy to support “win your dream bike” even if like me , your chances of actually doing so are infinitesimally small ( joke , everyone has the same odds )
Anyway thanks for the chance at winning and keep up the good work for excellent causes

The winner of the Santa Cruz V10 was Alex from Wiltshire. As with all our draws, the winner was first announced live on our Facebook page, and all entrants were notified in advance of the draw taking place.
Following the draw, an email was sent out to all participants confirming the winner. I can see from our system that this email was delivered to you at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, though it hasn’t yet been opened. It’s possible it may have landed in your junk or ‘other’ folder, so it’s worth checking there.
We also shared the winner announcement across multiple channels:
• Instagram stories and highlighted winners
• A live Facebook video of the draw
• Our website homepage, where there’s a scrolling ticker featuring recent winners—including Alex.
We genuinely try our best to ensure all entrants are kept informed across every platform we use. Beyond turning up at your front door, I’m not sure there’s much more we could do to communicate the winner announcement.
