Had problem with the courier (Yodel) who said my air pods had been delivered but hadn't. After contacting them and them telling me they couldn't do anything about it and told me I had to get in touch with the supplier.
Rich responded immediately and sent out another pair of air pods which arrived within a couple of days. I had trouble getting them to work properly so went back to Rich who gave me a few things to try. Problem wasn't with the air pods but user error. Would defiantly recommend buying from Rich.

I have now bought several pairs of the Best Alternative Airpods over the last few years. And until just recently they have always worked perfectly. However, a pair I bought for my son had a slight buzzing noise. I emailed Rich and he suggested resetting them to see if that helped. It didn’t so he asked that I return them for testing. He tested them and agreed they were faulty, and arranged for a replacement to be sent. This was all sorted within a week, bearing in mind delivery times.

I honestly could not fault this company, for their products, their prices and their customer service, which is second to none. I would highly, highly recommend them to anyone.

Order was delivered promptly but courier left at door with no attempt to put in a safe place.
Package was removed by someone while we were away from home.

The airpods supplied are great hence 4 stars

However it would have been helpful if they had replied to my e-mail asking for help in setting up to work wirh a second iPad. Sorted it out myself eventually seems as though you have to disable bluetooth on the iPad you want to switch from.

I did want to buy a pair of AirPod Pros in black, unfortunately they were out of stock, so have purchased the ones in white instead. Setting up was a piece of cake no problems at all, these were purchased to replace a pair of Amazon Echo earbuds which stopped working. Sound quality outstrips the Amazon ones, and more comfortable too. The fit with the standard buds was great no need to change. Noise reduction works great although the Amazon ones tell you it’s on when you tap them, which would be a nice add-on to these instead of the beep. If you change devices remember to turn off Bluetooth on the one you’re not using then it will connect seamlessly to the next device. Wireless charging as well as USB. Overall a great product. Would I buy again?…….. Yes most DEFINITELY but I really did want BLACK ONES 🤔😎
