I experienced an issue with my order as I didn’t receive any confirmation initially, so I had to contact customer service. Thankfully, I received the confirmation the following day, they had a very promot and professioanl reaction.
The video was delivered quickly, on the same day I got the confirmation, which I really appreciated:)
However, I was just a bit disappointed with the energy in the video. I had expected more enthusiasm, but I do understand that people can be tired, just the whole point of these videos is to capture fun, energy, and laughter, so you can truly surprise someone for their birthday.

My wife loves it. <3 It's unique, fun, and vibrant. The customer support is superb!
The first video was a bit pale, so I asked for another one with more energy and a little choreography. I honestly wasn’t expecting they would make it, since Valentine’s Day is coming up and they’re probably super busy.

The content was amazing - but video quality poor
The content was amazing, but the video quality was super low :( I had to pay for AI upscale on another website to make the video watchable in good quality. I'd rather give that extra 10 euro to the guys in the video instead if the video was uploaded in good quality.
