I paid for a 24-hour delivery
I paid for a 24-hour delivery, but I haven’t received any updates after 48 hours. I believe I should be refunded the fee I paid to expedite the delivery. I emailed them, and they said it should be delivered that day, but it had already been past the 24-hour mark by then. Even after 48 hours, I still haven’t received the video.
