Our experience relates to securing a mortgage to buy a house.

We are 78 and 68 years old.

WIS researched the market thoroughly to identify the only lender willing to offer a mortgage despite our ages.

Their experience enabled them to offer us advice to complete the numerous forms from the lender.

They also liaised with the lender on our behalf to return responses to our queries in a timely manner.dd

WIS enabled us to buy the property of our ch oice within the time scales set by the lender.

I just did my remortgage with WIS. They were the advisors who orginally helped with my mortgage and Help to Buy as well. What I have always liked about WIS is the level of availability and engagement of their experts. Pradeesh was exceptionally helpful and had spent a lot of time with me to go through calculations and various product options. Ifthikar also had taken the time to remind me certain things I hadn't considered and overall they did everything they could to help me make the best choice I could; all the time being extremely professional and patient. Really would recommend their services whole heartedly!

It is the third mortgage they are helping us out with. They have got the market best deals. When compared to other mortgage lenders relatively they seem to have more contacts and best rates in place. There is always one person working with us, and following it up for us till completion. We are provided the best quotes that suit us. Lovely to work with. Ashen and team got me the best buy to let mortgage deal for SPV company. They were very helpful from the starting till the deal is approved. Very valuable guidance from Ifthikar about the SPV company mortgages overall and its pros and cons, which helped me to make a decision.

Trustworthy service and time to time advice helped me to get my remortgage at competative interest rates amidst dynamic increasing trend of the interest rates by the banks.

WIS were incredibly helpful and responsive. They worked quickly to find us a mortgage product- for our circumstances there weren't many available but they managed to find us a suitable product (we needed a mortgage that took into account my future earnings in a new job I hadn't started yet). Jemma and Pradeesh were always helpful and friendly, and took the time to explain things and kept us updated.

Nelaka done a great job helping us with our mortgage, he was very helpful all the way through the processing of our Mortgage, very accommodating everytime I have some questions, I can rely on him to explain everything to me.
