Great customer support! I had couple of issues with the delivery but Isabelle was extremely helpful and managed to get the shippment right!

Fast and friendly follow up by Isabella to my question and concern. Even after I realized I hadn't read the instructions carefully enough, she continued to helpful and lovely. In today's world of horrible customer service by Big Tech, it's always good to know small companies that are doing it right. Hi-5s!

I reached out to support and was expecting the run around because I ordered this product off of Instagram and have had bad experiences in the past with other companies. I was pleasantly surprised with the response time and Isabelle’s help on finding a solution. Her follow up and communication were impressive!

I received my lamp. Due to an operator error, I thought it to be defective. I reached out and received an impressively quick respond with the information that I needed to get it to work. I love this lamp, and I am getting another one. Great product. Great service.

I love my Havie Lamps. Having them in my bedroom has created a sanctuary where I feel calm and happy being enveloped in warm, beautiful light. My anxiety and stress disappears. When one of my lamps had an issue, I reached out to the company and was helped by Isabelle. Not only did she help me troubleshoot the issue, she was friendly and kind. She sent me a replacement without any hesitation because it was the right thing to do. I am thrilled with my Havie Lamps and the company because they employ people like Isabelle who care.

First of all, I love the Havie lamp / speaker! The controls are easy, and I especially love the automatic turn-off so I can go to sleep without having to wake up and turn it off. The lights are nice too. I had a problem with the lamp, and wrote to the Havie company, and I was surprised and delighted by Isabelle's quick response. She was so friendly and competent, and offered to immediately replace my device. Just like talking to a friend :) Way to go, Havie! You're the best!

I reached out to customer service because my lamp had stopped the dynamic movement. Customer service promptly responded with some troubleshooting suggestions with pictures to help guide me. Unfortunately we weren’t able to get it to work so they shipped me a new lamp. 10/10 stars

Listen, I thought this would be a cool product and the price point was amazing off all it has to offer. Unfortunately, my lamp got lost in the mail! So I reached out to support for help. Not only did they happily ship me a new lamp, they were just incredibly kind and quick to respond. The support staff are amazing and makes all the difference to me in the world of online shopping where that usually doesn’t even exist! Highly recommend

Friendly and quick response to my concerns.

I didn't receive the email confirming the tracking information for my order. I waited about 5 days or so before reaching out, and they were prompt to respond. They took the time to share the tracking information and informed me that my package was actually out for delivery that same day. A few days after my package had arrived, they emailed me again to check if I had received everything and if it went smoothly. I thought this was very kind and attentive. You can tell that they care about their customer's experience.

As for the lamps, I ordered the famous Havie lamp and the eye light. The Havie lamp lives up to the hype! My husband is especially enjoying playing with all of the settings. It's fun to see him excited. The eye lights are a perfect nightlight for our senior cats. We've placed a few around the corners of the home. The soft glow is relaxing and not overstimulating for them.

The only criticism I have is I only wish the eye lights included a charging cable, and that the Havie lamps included a wall plug (these came with charging cables). We were able to grab what we needed at our local store so that we could enjoy our lamps the next day.

All in all, it was a pleasant experience and we love our new lamps!

Great customer service. The product arrived with a broken remote, but customer support responded quickly and sent a replacement with no questions asked. The lamp itself works great, and my whole family loves it. We’ll be getting two more for the kids so we can keep ours!

Loving my Havie Lamp! VERY impressed with the white noise- I’m hard to impress with that kinda thing and it’s exceeds my expectations. The light from the lamp and assortment of colors is SO FUN. So soothing.

I thought my newly arrived Havie lamp was malfunctioning. I contacted customer service and Isabelle assisted me. She was very quick to reply and provided a detailed response and even video which clarified I mistook a malfunction and was the solution to my issue. Great product so far and excellent customer service!
