I love my lace up Dakota boots
I love my lace up Dakota boots. They arrived quickly, look great and are comfortable, they are maybe a smidge big so I got a bit of rubbing on my left heel but nothing a bandaid wouldn't fix. They look fantasic with skirts, dresses and pants. Very supportive sole.

Poor quality, over priced. Horrible
I bought a pair of Gemma black leather shoes. I wore them once to work and I was in so much pain I had to take the rest of the afternoon off. I was in pure agony. I paid 200.00 for a pair of shoes that I believed would ensure comfort. I tried them in store and they felt comfortable. What I found after a couple of hours of use was the back started to loosen up and my heel kept slipping in and out of the shoe causing friction on my skin. My big toe had to work extra to keep my foot in the shoe which resulted in skin taken off. I'm so disappointed and upset over the whole matter. I see in the return policy once worn there are no returns which leaves me in absolute tears now because I just wasted 200.00 on a pair of shoes I now have to throw away.
