Impossible to talk to Wittner's on the phone
I had a problem with receiving my voucher. It is impossible to speak to ANYONE at Wittner - calls not returned, phones not answered.
The voucher can only be used to purchase shoes online - not instore at all. I need to try shoes on as my feet are extremely narrow. Buying shoes only online is not satisfactory as I would be required to pay for return postage or to travel 250 kms to my nearest store to return to a shop. Very unsatisfactory service.

Comfort Plus
Comfort Plus! Needed some sandles for a wedding with a small heel. The sandles I bought on line were exactly as described and the colour was true too! Really comfortable and the leather is so soft I don't have to break them in! Thank you!

Boots were very narrow in the foot so…
Boots were very narrow in the foot so did not fit despite going up a size. There was no information in the description to indicate this. Retuned boots & was advised that I could not get a refund despite all packaging intact etc. Given all your shoes are designed with the same narrow foot, Gift card is useless. Enjoy your free $150.

Returning of the shoes was easy …
Returning of the shoes was easy however the only complaint i would make is that you are unable to use your credit in a David Jones store that has a Wittners shoe area in it. Or that the credit could go back into the account that you used to purchase the shoes.
