Submitted complaint and was promised an answer but never got their reply. Disappointed

Customer services is a joke. They take an eternity to reply to emails and no contact number. I deposited a tenner and received 50 free spins yesterday which i couldnt play as the game wouldnt load. Today during happy hour i won 20 free games which again i cant play till i played my previous 50 spins. Im now sitting with 70 free spins in total which i cant play and i have a tenner that i cant play because the free spins are blocking every other game. The pop up message says the free spins havent been loaded. Its not my cache and cookies because the same problem is occurring on 2 different mobiles, 3 different computers. They cant all have an issue. Payouts are not that great in any case and the wagering is ridiculously high making it impossible to withdraw. Sort my spins please. Username natasha1978. I will change my rating once my issue gets resolved.

Signed up on Sunday and deposited £40. Ended up winning and then withdrawing £290.
I was able to withdraw but was asked for ID verification which I emailed to them Straight away. By Monday afternoon I received an email saying I’m verified and that any pending withdrawals have been approved. I was confused as mine hadn’t been approved it was still showing as pending. But was reassured that it will be accepted after 72hrs pending. So by Wednesday 5pm it was approved and I received the funds the following day.
I’m amazed at how quick wizard slots were. And there time frame with replying to emails was ok.

I've been trying to withdraw winnings for over a week. I have received several emails asking for verification which I have adhered to. But anytime I ask when my withdrawl will be processed I don't get an answer. I enjoy playing wizard slots and no issues with the gaming but it seems since i have won, they dont want to pay out. I didn't want to give a rating at present due to my issues I'm having at this moment in time.
Tonights gaming that I've put money in to play was going OK to an extent. Reason being was when spinning the reels it would stop in the time you'd expect. Then on other occasions it would keep spinning and not stop to which would time out or you would have to refresh. On doing this especially when in a bonus game or on receiving Spins. When on resigning back in, unlike other sites that would come up and state game or bonus you were in is waiting on rejoining and all you need to do is click on the post and you would be ba k to where you were. This site you need to search the game you had been on. And on doing so if you couldn't remember what it was there's no way of finding it again or the game has more than one with the title.

Back to the main point. I again had issues getting back in to my game with credit. And would state that I was no longer signed in yet I could go to the menu see my personal details and balances. But not let me play. I reset logged in and out. Logged in joined new game would load then error. Now the site has an error saying they are fixing fault.

I wonder if I use another account or get some to join for first time will they get straight in.

On reading these reviews has me wondering is there truth in the claims of not paying and unable to get into your account?? I'd have liked to give a more positive review but can't till I know what's going on. I'm already messaged the site explaining and What I want in return for I can only say a sum or bonuses accredited to my account for this inconvenience I'll say at this moment to give you the benifit of the doubt, also for me to keep an open mind and not to give a poor review.
