I wish there was a no star option as they don’t even deserve that one star. It is the most useless and incompetent group of consultants working fir this company. Since November I had to complain over 100 times due to my website being down. I have lost work due to it being down so often. You get to their chat boxes and then they just leave you hanging and don’t respond to your emails. The worse company I have ever dealt with! If you are serious about your business then you can not afford to use them as they are most definitely not serious about their own or your business.

Terrible terrible support and service
Terrible terrible support and service! They were unable to help via chat or phone to do something as simple as update advanced DNS on my domain. When raising a ticket this was not recognised and i am still here unable to do something so simple - avoid at all costs!

Layout a bit confusing but service is top notch
The website layout is a bit confusing so navigating the services and process is not the smoothest experience but the features and pricing are good, and at any point customer service is on top of it all. Michelle was extremely precise and helpful in sorting out for me the issues that I had.

I just signed up to Wizzhosting for their email hosting service. I signed up and with the help of Michelle I was up and running within a couple of hours. So far so good. I Would recommend.

AVOID WIZZHOSTING - TERRIBLE SERVICE
I am writing this review for anyone who is considering Wizzhosting to host a website. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They do not keep your website secure, and are extremely unhelpful when issues arise. The entire database of my website was deleted by Wizzhosting rendering my e-commerce business completely inoperable, with no warning and no explanation on why this has happened. No reputable web hosting company should allow this sort of activity to occur on a customers account without maintaining suitable records. Wizzhosting has done nothing but avoid taking responsibility for their mistake, given evasive answers to queries in an attempt to obscure the truth and have even tried to shift the blame for their error by accusing me of allowing my own account to be compromised. On top of this, I have been charged for the privilege of having a non existent website hosted for another year. Wizzhosting has completely ignored further attempts to resolve this issue and have left me out to dry. Absolutely ridiculous! You are much better off with a web hosting service that has respect for their customers. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!

Payment issue
Payment issue. Asked customer service what to do.
They told me to go through the whole checkout journey again. I ended up with both items in the basket, one of them without the promo code. Asked customer service to delete the wrong one. They deleted the the good one. Told customer services to fix the issue, after telling 3 times, it was seemingly fixed. Tried paying like 20 times. Called my bank. They told its a merchant issue. Had to register a new paypal account to have the payment go through.
Then I see that the payment was finally accepted, but the hosting package was stating, that it was cancelled. So went to customer services again. Come back tomorrow, we cant help. Pressed the issue, so they looked up in their system and said that the order was cancelled. I tried to explain, that it was a mistake and that I paid for it.
I start to think that I am dead and I was a very bad person in life and now I am tortured in hell for my sins.

Abysmal customer service
Abysmal customer service, tried the chat service for some help, followed his instructions and ended up not being able to use my discount code ( charged whole price ). Went back to the chat and same guy says. " Sorry " email the billing team. Tried calling the helpline and waited for more then 15+ minutes the first time no help there. Absolutely abysmal customer service. IF ONLY ZERO STARS WERE POSSIBLE.

Unhelpful beyond belief
Name servers would not update on their system, requested to move the domain to a new provider and they point blank refused, not very helpful - Be careful when dealing with them
Update - It was not resolved they refused to allow me to move the domain, I bought an alternative domain. The staff are beyond rude on their support system and would advise anyone never give them the opportunity to put you in that position. Avoid at all costs. Choose a company with morals, respect and care about customers more than making a quick few pound from you.
