Misleading, Rude & Unhelpful

Company emails have been down for in excess of 48 hours. They were very misleading stating that they were upgrading to a super fast server then later said on the support chat that their engineers were working on a problem that was impacting on other customers as well!

Support staff on chat very rude and unhelpful. I will reconsider my review if I receive an apology and assurances that their staff will receive: -

*Customer services training
*They understand that it is important to be open, honest and transparent when they have server problems, apologising to customers if necessary for any inconvenience caused and at the very least offer a timescale for when problems can be rectified

Domain name renewal advice

I got an email saying my domain name expires in a month and to renew. So got in touch with sales team and Michelle assured me that the domain is on automatic renewal annually and I don't have to take any action right now.
