AVOID AT ALL COST & RUN AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN

STAY AWAY TO SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE MISERY! DEBT COLLECTOR AND FRAUD, AVOID AT ALL COST.
I switched to Woav as my business phone line provider 2 years ago due to the attractive price they offer. After 2 months of service, the phone line suddenly got cut without any explanation whatsoever. I've called them numerous times to try and get it fixed, forever put on hold. During this period I've LOST NUMEROUS CONSUMERS AND BUSINESS as my phone line is no longer working. Eventually I had to get a new phone line altogether otherwise my business cannot run. CONTACT THEM TO CANCEL AND IT IS IGNORED. Now they are SENDING ME LETTER TO SAY I OWE THEM 2 YEARS OF PAYMENT FOR SERVICES THEY DID NOT PROVIDE. Worse company I've ever dealt with and has MADE ME LOST TIME, MONEY AND ENERGY.

DO NOT DO IT, APPALLING COMPANY WITH NO ETHICS AND ARE ALSO A DEBT COLLECTION FIRM. PATHETIC SERVICE, PRODUCT IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST ON THE MARKET AND THEY WON'T RESPOND TO ANY COMMUNICATION. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR, YOU WON'T NEED THE STRESS OF DEALING WITH THESE COWBOYS WHO USE THREATENING BEHAVIOUR AND BULLY TACTICS.

I phoned to cancel the landline…

I phoned to cancel the landline contract on the only number I could find & was then passed around for almost an hour before I could actually speak to someone who could do that for me. No real apology for the poor phone service & all she was interested in was whether I would want to take out another product in the future. Another example of a company that make is as awkward to deal with after sales issues as possible but all over you when you're first interested in a product. Their website says they're on a mission to provide excellent customer service - well you've got a hell of a long way to go!

Never move to this company

they lock you in for 2 years and provide abysmal service levels. no portal to actually contact them, you're on a waiting queue for 50 minutes at a time ... and pretend in their queue waiting list like they have a "customer zone" portal!

their staff have a going in position that it must be your fault. its just not good at all. I have a genuine problem with my line experience and they want nothing to do with helping me if its not diagnosable as a speed issue on their side.

They need new landline. Never received a call back.

We are moving offices and I was trying to get broadband into the new premises.
I have not received ONE call back from this company in the space of 4 days. I was always the one to contact them, leave messages, ask for a call back.
They said they needed a line number so that we could avoid setup costs. I said I cannot provide them with a line number, however I have spoken to other providers and they said there are 6 lines they could potentially connect remotely to. They were surprised to hear that. (Why other companies know this information and they cannot be bothered to check?)
Also, asked for a quote on the email before we proceed (luckily), never received a single email. The email addresses I was given were incorrect, so I sent an email to their sales team and guess what? No reply and I had to call them up, twice.
Fortunately, we have never gone ahead with this company.

Avoid.....The worst telecom company I have ever used

Woav......avoid...I moved address and wanted to move phone and broadband to new address because was still in contract with woav...here I am nearly 4 months later phone and broadband not turned off in old property and still charging me for it.... took 5 weeks to get broadband up and running in new property. Have ordered caller display 7 times and still not on my new number. Tried to charge me another £60 for new equipment when I took existing equipment with me...then took over 2 months to credit me the money back....Over charged me on every bill for the last 4 months say they are going to issue credit notes and don't. .The list is endless have spent over 6 hours on phone to no avail....I have informed them I am not paying any more bills untill they sort out the problems.

Absolutely terrible customer service, frustrating, time-consuming, worst ever.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I took over broadband from another company. Initially Woav confirmed that the contract will carry on as before and took my bank account details. Two months and many phone calls later this is a matter far from resolved. First sales person said, I cannot take over a previous contract, so will have to start a new contract. Well... to keep things easy, I agreed to that. No paperwork followed as promised. Another sales person called saying, actually first sales person gave me wrong details and I will have to have a different (more expensive) contract... still I will not have to pay activation fee as the line is active already. I grumbled, complained, but got nowhere. I accepted. Naturally I was billed the activation charge, when I questioned, nobody replied. Today I found out that the money for first (incorrect) invoice has been taken from... the previous owner account. I requested that this is rectified. Woav was far from accommodating (even though I said to them to take money from my account instead). It's on and on, from one problem to another, from one 'customer adviser' to another. Customer Service 'Supervisor' who promised to listen to recordings to resolve the matter, never got back to me. The worst company ever. And by the way... if you look at Feefo reviews on their website, you would think they are a good company... How come I've never been asked to fill in Feefo review. I tried to go directly to Feefo to review, but there is no such option. Only 'satisfied' customers are asked to leave reviews on Feefo. I'm certainly not one.

This is the worst Broadband provider I …

This is the worst Broadband provider I have ever used. I used this company broadband to run an order-pad that receives food orders on the internet.
Every weekend the broadband would drop out, I have lost thousands of pounds due to their service.
They had a cheek to ask for a termination fee to leave.
Customer service is very slow..be warned..you could be on the phone waiting, anything from 20 minutes to 1 hour..

NO COMMUNICATION...........

This company is useless..signed up with them a few months ago..leave it with us they said..today I contacted them as I had not heard from the for weeks.. only to be told that they could not offer me their services as a problem the lines.. would not elaberate and would not put me on to the gentleman that dealt with me previously..I only have days to find a new phone and broadband provider. As I am a small business this is unacceptable.. They said they have sent a letter..\\\\WHY/// when all the other communication I had with them was phone calls and emails.. obviously have not got the guts to call with this news so late on..

Luckily I am with PLUSNET at home and called them..They are now my new providers ..helpful and efficient..they could tell me all was fine with my lines.. why did Woav not check this earlier.. would have saved me a lot of grief today.. PLUSNET you've made my day..

I will take this to the people. Perhaps we should run for office? Oh no my son said "That would take to long, besides I wanted to do it this way makes woav the best that the world telecommunications has got on the may be so TalkTalk network may be not, either way things can only get better. I don't know why they said no Frederick & Peter perhap you had a speck of sh it on your shoe? I will have them dragged by their balls, brought before my court & I will say to them; Why?

BEWARE - No evening or weekend assistance.

Just had a break in on Friday night and our computers plus phones and WOAV router were stolen. Damage was done to telecom wiring due to ripping the equipment out. Called WOAV at 08:30 Saturday morning, but find out that they only operate a Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm service. I need WOAV help now but can't report the problem and get any telecom assistance till Monday morning. I run a 7am to 9pm business 7 days a week. This service WOAV gives is no good to me. When taking out the contract they did not make me aware of this lack of support. Please be aware.

Avoid

Avoid! Really bad customer service. Took one month contract was charged £80 and received another bill next month. Broadband never worked .Very bad experience. Very quick to sell but to cancel on the phone for an hour.

"have you registered for customer zone on our website where you can".....

It does not exist.
After agreeing the contract was called to say there may be a loss of broadband! Asked why as was told it was very unlikely. Being without BB was a shock therefore - especially when they admitted the phone call was because they had been told there WOULD be a 10 day delay.

The free router does not support the wifi speed to match the package I bought. Luckily the old talk talk router still works with the talk talk details!

Bottom line is I never thought I'd find a company worse than BT. I have!

WOAV. Abysmal. My worse decision of 2016

I left sky, who provided my broadband and telephone, for Woav. I was attracted by the price and offers they had. Unfortunately they couldn't organise anything efficiently or deliver their promises. The whole experience of Woav was a nightmare. I tried and tried myself to resolve problems with my broadband but they weren't interested in helping. After all my efforts of emails/phone calls I gave them notice of cancellation. (God knows why)
The router they send out is useless and not up to the job. The broadband is slow and dips out and off completely for hours and even days.
They send letters issuing threats and phone calls threatening court.
If I could give advice to anybody looking to use this company my advice would be to stay away and pay a little extra. The amount of time you'll waste trying to sort the mess you find yourself in is unimaginable.
I'm back with SKY now and not had one issue.
AVOID WOAV!!!!!
