No customer care and slow to do anything - Avoid!
Ordered a phone line and broadband - sucked in by the price. Longrachcame and connected a phone line ahead of time - then WOAV wouldn't connect the broadband until "we are confident that the phone line has been connected" - despite the fact that I was calling them from the line they'd just had connected!
Despite sevreral calls over the next week they refused to connect the broadband because "longreach hasn't confirmed the line is connected" and apparently the word of their customer, calling from the actual line involved was not sufficient!
Eventually it did getconnected and it does work - bit slow and, of courese, slower than advertised but I'm locked in to a 2 year deal- roll on 2018!
