Firstly, they are a genuine trustworthy company and they have lovely staff. They bought my car via Motorway for a very good price and paid that price too but the issue was that payment took 12 hours to get to my bank and communication was really poor whilst the driver was sitting in my house waiting to take the car away. I felt so bad for him that after 3 hours I insisted in running him to the hotel and picking him up in the morning as they were really stuck between a rock and hard place. I couldn't let them take my car without the money and his boss was telling him it wouldn't take much longer then ignoring him. Ended up here for 3 hours and I went to get him in the morning to bring conclude the deal when the funds had cleared. Message to WooCarz is that you have incredible people running the length and breadth of the country under challenging circumstances to say the least. Treat them with the respect they have earned please. I asked for an email of the payment confirmation from their bank and I'd have let the driver take the car and be on his way to his hotel but as it was after working hours for the manager nothing nothing was done.

This is a company that solely prioritizes car sales. The photos I received before purchasing the car were slightly blurry, but I noticed small dots on the screen. I asked Mr. Adrian if the screen was in perfect condition and what those dots were, and he told me that the screen was perfect and the dots were a mistake he supposedly made while drawing something on the photo before sending it on WhatsApp. When I received the car, it turned out that the screen was damaged, and I received information that they would replace it, apologizing for their mistake. The company asked me to send them a compatible screen, and I did, but they decided to purchase another (fake) one in which the colors and animations were different. Despite the screen working, it wasn't suitable for my car, but Manager WooCarz said, "If the screen works, it must stay." I escalated the matter to a financial company and am awaiting their assistance because the financial company stated that if I bought a car with an original but damaged screen, WooCarz should order an original one. Additionally, one week after purchasing the car, it turned out that the car was losing power, and I informed them. After a diagnosis, it was discovered that the battery was at such a low level that I was fortunate the car still started. However, the Manager refused to replace the battery, stating that it wasn't covered by the warranty. It has now been three weeks, and I am still requesting a refund for the diagnosis and the replacement of the faulty screen because the mechanic wasted his time, and I had to pay for it. I hope the financial company will assist me because I am living in stress, and after all this, I want to take the matter elsewhere to fight for honesty and for WooCarz to start treating their customers like humans, not just numbers. Selling a car may be easy, but taking care of a customer is more challenging. If you want to avoid living in stress and value peace of mind, steer clear of WooCarz. My stress has resulted in inadequate sleep, and I have had to take medication. This company is a huge disappointment.

The cost for the mechanic and diagnostics was refunded to my account yesterday, but the problem still exists. The screen you ordered doesn't fit my car, so I still have the same faulty old screen. I had to pay the mechanic for his time spent trying to install the non-original screen you provided. Additionally, after making the payment, you impolitely asked me to remove my review on Trustpilot during a chat conversation on the website. The problem hasn't been resolved because the screen is still faulty. I can only change or remove my review after the screen's issue, which you were well aware of before selling the car, is fixed. Mr. Adrian assured me before the sale that the screen was in perfect condition. The manager claims that the screen you ordered is fine, but that's not true, as confirmed by several experts in automotive electromechanics. Please instruct your employees not to mislead customers, and remind the manager that customer service goes beyond the sale and includes proper post-sale support.

Seriously ? I don’t wanna NEW screen. In 10 min I found 5-10 used Original parts. But you in few weeks found and order Chinese fake one. Please be serious

I sent you an ebay auction of an original used screen because it is not possible to order a new one. There are many Chinese (fake) substitutes on the market, but I sent you eBay auctions from a reliable seller who had the original one without defects. there are many original but used ones in very good condition on ebay. The one you ordered is 100% not original because the colors are different (faded) and the animations are like on an old phone. This is a Chinese counterfeit replacement that does not even have the EEPROM memory that is in every ORIGINAL screen. When I wanted to return the screen to WooCarz, the manager told me to leave it in my car. He writes for the last time: I bought a car with an original screen and this is what I want to have installed in the car. I don't want Chinese fakes, only the original one. can be used but in very good condition but ORIGINAL

Aaron from Woo Carz was exceptional to buy from. He kept constant and open communication which was very reassuring. The car took 10 days to be delivered, because of maintenance staff being short, but the sales team kept open communication throughout this period.
I gave a 3 star review, because the car I was sold was not serviced properly before delivery, leading to mechanical failure within 3 weeks of receiving it. The problem was found to be a lack of engine oil, which caused misfires to occur. There was a decent amount of work done to the car to get it ready, but it seems that basic maintenance was not done before delivery.
Overall, the sales team is helpful and reliable, but I was not completely happy with the car's mechanical state. The mechanical issues were taken care of and paid for by Woo Carz without issue.
