After a tricky start and not all of woodpeckers making they really turned it around for us. Mostly because we were anxious to get the items that we needed after a flood and there were delays in expected delivery times. They sorted our issues, were extremely helpful and responsive.
They replaced a very large bookcase that we couldn’t get up our stairs and helped us a lot. The delivery guys were fantastic.
We ordered more items from them. They were excellent.
Highly recommended.

Cannot give higher than 1 star for service at the moment.
Almost 9 weeks since my order and still no delivery date. One of the items I have ordered now looks to be an additional 5 weeks beyond the 8-10 weeks timescale when ordering.(15/11/18 - Now quoted an additional 8 weeks!) Questions via email take days to receive a response, appreciate they are busy as stated in one of the reply's, however when spending just under £1500 this is not the sort of service you expect.
Still awaiting a response to an email sent on 31st October. Very unfortunate as the price was great at the time of order.
Cannot comment on the products until received.

15/11/18 Further Update:
I was contacted by the company after posting this review despite not having any reply's previously (coincidence?), still no delivery date or estimated date for any of the items. I have had to raise a PayPal dispute as there is still no guarantee I will receive anything from this company.

20/11/18:
Spoke to their MD today who agreed to give me a full refund for the order and explained they are having issues with their supplier. Appreciate a lot of this is out of their hands, however still not great for the end customer, waited 11 weeks and settled with a refund.

I’m over the moon with my chair , delivery was very quick and the guys were lovely. I would recommend this company.

Great selection of products many of which are not easy to come by elsewhere. I’ve purchased a couple of items from Woodpeckers. Really pleased with the quality of the pieces I ordered and also the customer service they provide. Will definitely use again and would recommend to others.

Incredibly well made, beautiful and robust furniture.

Great service and prompt delivery, the office chairs are beautiful and so far seem to be resilient - only 4 stars as on every chair there are small imperfections in the surface of the wood or spraying of the coating/varnish. Absolutely fine for the price though :)

The item we ordered from Woodpecker Interiors was of a very high standard, and we are delighted with it. Five Stars would have been given, but we felt that because we are in the North East of Scotland, we were penalised with a high delivery charge, which increased the overall cost of the item. Other furniture items we have ordered from England have generally been free delivery.

The stack of playing cards bedside table is fabulous. Bigger than expected which is good as I was worried it might be the opposite. Good size drawers, nice textures, colours and quality. Although a feature piece, it blends in nicely with the rest of the room. One drawer needs to be realigned a tiny bit after pushing it shut each time but it's hardly even noticable. Very chuffed with this purchase, a great find.

No complaints. Hall table perfect for the space. Good quality for fair price.

On the whole good quality bedroom furniture. 1 of the bedside tables was damaged and the company notified immediately but they said my wife signed for them so it was up to me to sort it. I did, i ordered replacement at my own cost from another company. In short dont expect any back up assistance or customer service after you pay.
