I ordered a beautiful wall clock which I’m very happy with and is much admired by others. I was happy with the ease of ordering, the delivery information which updated me regularly, and the polite delivery man! The clock arrived well packaged and in prime condition and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this service.

I ordered a console table - Matthew was charming on Live Chat and assured me that the product comes fully assembled which turned out to be not true at all. The product was dumped on my doorstep and the delivery driver was in such a hurry that he didn't even allow us to inspect that everything was in order. This despite the fact that Amanda's email states in "** Any damages must be photographed by the customer and reported to the driver on delivery, we will not accept claims for damages after the drivers have left **".
There was no opportunity for me to review anything and it turns out that the product required a fair bit of assembly with awkward angles to wield your hand in order to get over 8 screws in. In my case, the product was defective and the grooves misaligned, meaning that the two back legs wouldn't go in at all. I then ordered sanding paper off Amazon and had to file away inside the grooves before I could get the leg to go in. As if that wasn't enough, the drawer knob - made of the cheapest plastic - was broken and I had to get a new one. I emailed Woodpecker but they take no responsbility - they blame everything on their suppliers and boast that they deal with 10,000 products (Matthew) or 16,000 products (Paul). Paul made it sound like he was at least going to reimburse the costs I incurred on my purchases to get the product on its feet but that turned out to be untrue as well like everything else they'd said.

Very disappointed with service from woodpecker. First mirror was cracked really bad so got the delivery men to take it back called woodpecker straight away and a man there was very unsympathetic and sarcastic. He response was so do you want your money back then in bit of a bitchy manner.

Anyway got a new mirror delivered and i checked it over but then found another crack when putting got up. So emailed the company on the 9th august and still no response or apology.

From what i have experienced customer service wise i am very disappointed and would not be buying anything from woodpecker again and i would not recommend them either.

I found the website easy to use. Company kept me well informed on delivery. The coffee table I ordered matched the photos and description on the website. I had a small issue with a damaged corner but this was dealt with professionally and to my complete satisfaction with great customer service. I would use this company again.

Product as described and fast and flexible delivery

I ordered a lovely Hetty Hare style lamp from Woodpecker Interiors. The ordering process was good though I was at first a little suspicious of the website. It isn't necessarily as flash as mainstream/large commercial company sites. However the price was great compared to other retailers and whilst I did have to wait around a month for the item to be in stock, delivery was excellent. The delivery drivers were prompt, polite and courteous. They ensured that we checked the item over and were happy to take receipt of it. The item itself is working just fine and is a gorgeous statement in our dining room.

Ordered a lovely rustic bar stool- a little pricey but did not disappoint- beautiful product- arrived quickly and will be ordering more from here

I have ordered w few items from Woodpecker. The standard of the furniture is great. People often compliment it.

I did have an issue with a damaged item, but they were very helpful and sent a replacement immediately.

I will continue to order from them in the future.
