Can't understand how this company has so many good reviews. I bought a hottub from them which was delivered (eventually) but short of some parts. I have spent 2 months trying to get them to engage with me to discuss and resolve but with no luck whatsoever. All I get is promises to get in touch and then silence. Beware.

Ordered a 2 person tub to replace an existing one. Straightforward process and smooth delivery. Great quality & service.

Absolutely insane purchase! The barrel sauna we ordered from Woodpecker Tubs has been the best investment we've ever made. From the moment we placed our order, the team was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the selection process with expertise and enthusiasm.

Well what can I say! We have had the hot tub up and running for a couple of weeks now, spent some time getting to grips with the right amount of wood to get to the right water temp but I’m really surprised how quick it warms the water ! Really impressed and definitely recommend this product.

We've had it for over six months and we've probably used it 3 or 4 times every week, right through the winter, and even in the snow and rain!
My wife has had severe health issues and we bought the hot tub to help with this. It has helped her a lot and we're so glad to have done this.
We went for the higher grade steel to maximise the benefits of regularly adding Dead Sea salts and Epsom salts.
The higher grade steel doesn't corrode with the salts.
How often do we use it? Probably every second night! Obviously with wood fired you have to light the fire every time. But that's no chore.
It's all part of it. Generally one filling of wood is enough to get up to temperature.
For us, the sweet spot for temperature is 40 to 42 degrees.
We bought the tub with these extra options (higher grade steel) and the health benefits have been great.
Somtimes we use it during the day, but mainly in the evenings around 9pm. For us, that helps us normally have great nights sleeping.
Any downsides? Well, you have to expect some glitches maybe. I think our only niggle was the delivery.
Delivery from europe was fast (two weeks) but only one chap turned up instead of two to install it.
So it sat on the drive for a few weeks before they got two chaps to come out. We had two of our own people on stand by to help move this heavy 200 kg tub into place.
But the two of them have such good techniques that they could move it with their ropes and on their boards around our patio and then tilted it up on to our platform.
Extra note: just make sure you are generous about the size of your platform. We went for the option of the sand filtration which sticks out the back.
Without that, our 2.4m wide platform was big enough for sure, but with the filtration unit, it was tight. We could have done with a 3m x 3m concrete base.
We only had done 2.4m x 3m but that wasn't a show stopper. We made it fit, by turning it 45 degrees on the base. Didn't want to do that but it worked.
Thumbs up for these guys. The perfect wood fired hot tub.

Delivery was on time. Good customer communication and a great product 5 star service all round.

Bigger mistake what I’ve done to do a business with them from the first day everything was wrong I bought a HOTTUB but everything was wrong , no filter , on delivery date the guy didn’t install the filter , he didn’t make the fire , BUBBLE missing,different colour and missing parts and the stove doesn’t working I contacted the boss every week and the guy from UK , the warranty doesn’t exist 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ I will contact a SOLICITOR or CITIZEN ADVISOR because they never come to my house to resolve the problem I have proof on WhatsApp they said , no screw no warranty 🤦🏻‍♂️ better to do business with English company , not from other country 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ for several months they have been lying to me that they will solve the problem now I contacted somebody to come out to fix it

We have purchased 5 hot tubs from Woodpecker tubs over the last few years for our glamping site. We have always had excellent service from the team and find the price very reasonable. The tubs are well made, look good, very easy to heat and were delivered quickly.

Sold from a car garage with the sellers not being able to speak English. We instantly knew we made a mistake when we collected the hot tub. We picked the ofuro hot tub, there was no filter which we didn’t know was necessary at the time. Water lasts 2-3 days before going stale even with chlorine. 2 years on and the stainless steel rusted and turned brown, unfortunately theres no option to prove with pictures (it is under a solid roof so no excuse there) There were leaks from the very start which nothing was done to resolve by them. The Furness also seems to be leaking now. Audrius appears genuine until he proves other wise.
